Bradford Eye Center

I paid $1200 for a pair of glasses. Lenses were lose in the frames and the frames broke after maybe a week. They took care of and gave me new frames, but at the same time acknowledged that my lenses were very hard to get into the frames, in fact the girl told me she had to have someone else do it because she wasn't strong enough to snap them in. Well those broke the same day I got them. Because of the intense pressure against the frame, being created by the improper cut lense, the frames just crack. Within a week on all 4 pairs I've had. In an attempt to make me happy, I guess, they gave me another set of frames and another set of lens for no additional charge. Both pairs are exactly the same, lenses don't fit tight, both frames cracked within three days of receiving them. And I cannot be more careful with these things. The breaking is not my fault. It is because the lenses do not fit in the frame frames. After three months of dealing with this and not having glasses that I can actually wear for the majority of that time I told them today that the only solution I see is to give me a complete refund and I will just go someplace else that can make me a pair of glasses. They told me they didn't see that as being a possibility so I politely said I'm going to hang up now since you can't help me. I will go someplace else and get new glasses and I got completely screwed out of $1200 by someplace that has absolutely zero clue what they are doing. Pretty sad to be honest but I don't have it in me to deal with these people anymore. They do not know how to do their job. Kind of sad.

First time visiting. Everyone did an excellent job. I loved the way each step was explained. The Dr did an outstanding job advising me on my eye conditions. I'm always encouraged when the medical provider takes time to really listen to the patient. Great group of people here.

Friendly and professional service. Through Bradford Eye Center I am updating my eye prescription and treatment plan as a native New Jerseyan who has relocated to Florida. Your eyes play an important role in your independence. I am confident I will receive the best eye care via the staff at Bradford Eye Center. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for great eye care.

My first time as a patient, what a wonderful experience, extremely thorough and discovered an issue that other Dr's missed. I would recommend to other people that take their sight seriously. Dr. Jenifer is very professional and observant beyond her years.

Professional and nice staff . Very impressed and like dr Jennifer a lot , she is well knowledge on her field and takes the time to answer questions& concerns . Appointments ALWAYS on time , I dislike a lot being sitting @ a waiting room past my appointment time . My time is valuable too.

This place is amazing . From the minute you walk in the door, during eye exam and picking out your glasses, you can tell the staff loves their jobs and greet you with a smile and are so polite. My husband and I won't go anywhere else. My appointment was at 4 pm today and was heading home before 5 and ordered glasses. Where else can you get that kind of service with a smile...
