I recommend Dr. Davis. I initially went to inquire about my cataracts. My eyes have some permanent conditions that would make them not respond ideally to cataract surgery. Dr. Davis could have performed surgery for me but, instead, following exam, he referred me to a Dr out of this area that could help me the most. He sent all the records for me and paved the way for an easy transfer of care. (I am very pleased with the outcome). Dr. Davis was thorough, professional and caring.

Coastal Eye Institute in Sun City Center is EXCELLENT! Dr. Jeffrey Davis is an MD Opthalmologist. He is an extraordinarily well trained doctor providing comprehensive eye care in a totally professional compassionate manner! From the moment I walked into his office I was greeted and treated by friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable staff members all of whom performed in a well organized efficient manner. To top it off, Dr. Davis actually listened to my wants and needs. We discussed options and before leaving the treatment room Dr. Davis asked me if he had answered all my questions and if I had any other questions or concerns! His chair side manner is calming, caring and friendly. I am very critical of professional offices... I am a retired dentist and I observe other professionals. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN COASTAL EYE with JEFFREY DAVIS MD.!!!

Very professional group and have been very pleased with Dr. Davis. He explained very well and answered my questions. Short wait times and staff is very nice. Would be great if they had an optical department at the Sun City site for glasses. Otherwise, very happy.

I have been going to this office for many years and have always had a great experience, never have to wait more than approximately 10-15 min before being seen, today was about 4 min. The staff is always professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Annual visit. Received multiple test from a polite, qualified staff. Doctor checked after dilation. Good to go for another year. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Edelman is an Excellent doctor, caring, knowledgeable and very personable. The nursing staff and the front desk at the SCC office, as well as the personal nurses are friendly, caring and helpful.

The pre-exam went very well with Marina. I'll give her a 5 star review. The problem was with Dr. Ederman , he was not that careful when putting the Eye drops, it dripped all over my face and when I got home my wife noticed my face was all yellow. Also we tried twice to schedule an appointment for my wife. And both times they hanged up on her and never called her back .

Appreciate the fine treatment I receive from Dr's Edelman and Lin at the SCC office. They give you the time you need and a thorough explanation of your exam. Also, a good office staff. They are friendly and efficient.
