Marina Yagudaev, OD

Dr Marina Yagudaev has been my grandmothers Galina Kuznets doctor since 2017. She diagnosed a serious glaucoma with a cataract and ensured that she would find the best solution. Her hard work and dedication led to the successful collaboration of medication and a surgery that allowed my grandmother to make a complete recovery. She is one of the most professional most courteous doctors that we have ever encountered. I highly recommend her as a doctor to those who need assistance.

I wanted to write this review especially because of the bad reviews. From the minute I walked in Sam and Alla were very nice and friendly. Sam helped me get my glasses together and Alla did my eye exam. Again, they were both very nice and professional. Alla also made sure to wipe down the equipment with alcohol in front of me. Dr Yagudaev was friendly, very informative answered all my questions. She was very nice. I recommend this center and I give them six stars thank you Dr Yagudaev

This Optometrist rushes through exams and writes wrong prescriptions as witnessed by other reviewers. Unfortunately I did not check her reviews prior to going there :(. What is worse is that she takes an arrogant attitude when confronted with her mistakes and blames the patient for her inaccuracies. She delegates the exam to a junior employee and then proceeds to complete the examination spending no more than 5 minutes with the patient. No wonder why several patients leave her office with wrong prescriptions that end up affecting rather than helping their vision, and have to go elsewhere for a new exam and a new pair of glasses at their own expense because she refuses to correct her mistakes by offering to have the lenses remade. Here you will see 2 prescriptions she wrote over a period of a month. Substantial difference!!! Vision does not change that much in a month, and patients don't lie when asked to read the letters.

Terrible place, very unprofessional "Doctor " and poor costumer service. I have been a patient for 4 years. My last prescription glasses were defective. They sold me a model that keep breaking, I brought them back on 3 different occasions and the refused to return them or give me a new model. I paid $200 out of my pocket with insurance. Very frustrating and inconvenience. The "Doctor " doesn't care about her patients, they only care about your money. And if you don't speak Russian even less . I'm never coming back.

The care from the doctor is top-tier, but be warned, the journey through the reception will test your resolve. A clear case of administrative failure at the front desk. They present hurdles in the simple process of booking an appointment like bureaucrats creating red tape. The lack of professionalism is akin to a dystopian bureaucratic maze of the former Soviet Union. The reception staff conjure up issues out of thin air like amateur magicians, displaying an utter lack of helpfulness that could make a saint swear. Frankly, it's a disservice to the doctor's exceptional talent. The eye care is top-notch, but the journey through the reception circus will make you turn away from this place.

I've been seeing Dr. Yagudaev for years and with her help, and that of her awesome optical specialist Sam, I have never had a single problem fashionably maintaining my vision or having a warranty fulfilled by any of the designer brands I've purchased from them. Over the years I've picked up some beautiful, custom prescription lenses and gorgeous designer frames from Gold & Wood, Chopard, Charriol, and even Dita (I repurposed a pair of Dita sunglasses rims and had them make prescription lenses to fit). I also have purchased a pair of sunglasses from them each time I've bought new prescription lenses & frames. They have a great staff over there and I always feel like an old friend coming to visit when I walk in to their establishment.

Stay AWAY from this Doctor/Store Unprofessional, eye prescription are always wrong, your glasses won't be delivered 3 months after you pay. Doctor will ignore you and apparently she needs to go back to school. She doesn't know what she is doing.

This is the worst place in Sunny Isles! Never! Never come close to it! They literally scammed me for money. Refused to return the money a moment after payment. They hide behind the small print where they wrote that they do not accept returns. It's outrageous! I sued them! This cannot be left unpunished.
