Excellent, friendly staff all around, very seamless flow. Kudos to Rachel who explained everything before hand and her bedside manner was outstanding, made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cook was very thorough in his examination, answered all my questions and was more than willing to accommodate me in the office!

Beware the receptionist at their call center will say that they accept your health insurance, as they did me. When I arrived at my appointment at this location two weeks later, the receptionist notified me they did not accept my healthcare insurance. I wasted an entire morning preparing and driving the 7 miles to the location only to be told my healthcare insurance was not accepted.
Clarkson should monitor their receptionists and their communication with the public to ensure quality control across the board.
This was not met concerning me.
I am disappointed in their lack of professionalism.

It is an amazing office when it comes to exams, but trying to contact the office to pay for extra glasses or just speak with someone is horrible. You get sent to vm and nobody calls back till the next day, and doesn't even leave a message that they called. I was trying to purchase some extra glasses and get a doctor's note that they forgot to give me that was very important and can not get a hold of anyone. Its ridiculous...

I had an unfortunate experience with this establishment. If it were possible, I would assign zero stars. During my visit for my daughter's appointment, they collected my insurance information to facilitate the consultation with the physician. However, upon departure, I was billed $84 for a physical examination that was not disclosed to me beforehand as an out-of-pocket expense. I was taken aback by this charge and inquired about the purpose of providing insurance information and completing the forms without any mention of a copayment or an additional fee for the physical. There was a complete lack of transparency in their communication. I would not recommend this facility to anyone unless one is willing to pay any charges they impose.

No one answers the phone I've been waiting on glasses for over two weeks. I went in multiple times to see if they ready and if the person that handles orders is on break you have to wait or come back. For some reason they keep telling me the glasses have already been picked up. This is the worse experience I've ever had my son has been out of school for two weeks he can't see without them they say they're going to call you and never do never again after this I'm done with Clarkson period....Ok it's been 20 days since I've ordered and paid for my son glasses I call today and someone picked up the phone and hung up all I'm asking for is a update or if I can get my money back and take him somewhere else more professional this is crazy

I've been going to Dr. Clark's for many years now and I have taken my children there and he has. I am very happy and my Experience there has been great the doctor it's funny nice very relaxing his employees and stuff. I mean they were great and very helpful.
