The staff, especially the front desk staff are SO kind , caring, and professional. The patience and extra level of helpfulness I experienced there was remarkable and inspiring. And Dr Horesh handled my husbands retina tears and was excellent with both patient care and the procedure itself. Highest ratings for him and his staff. Highly recommend.

Staff is friendly knowledgeable and efficient. Facilitates are clean and modern. Dr. Stuntz is a very good communicator. Dr. Robert Lee listens well and is informative. It's nice to have such a strong clinic close to home. Only negative was a non- returned phone call when a callback number was left with the office answering service during routine hours. The issue was non emergency.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They consistently run behind. The doctors don't provide enough information (probably because they are behind and in a hurry to get to whoever is next). The check in system has flaws. Waited 45 minutes before I asked and they realized I was not actually checked in and not in line to see a technician.. The phone system is AWFUL. If you have a problem, there is really no way to actually speak with someone. They do eventually call back.

The clinic, appointment desk, doctors and surgeons are top notch. I am impressed and thankful every day for the results of my surgery. This is all great until I tried to get copies of my medical records sent to my primary doctor. Not a person only a website that keeps telling me that they are working on it. Now saying it can take up to 30 days. Probably the worst part of a great organization

Dr Gills and his entire staff are amazing! Both the Spring Hill office and the Tatpon Springs Institute are so professional and caring. Going back for my right eye Tuesday and can't wait. They really go out of their way for the comfort of their patients.

Their own auto text for appointments posts an address that is INCORRECT.
After finding the proper location I brought it up to the clerk and she stated it's happened before and proceeded to process me.
She didn't care.
Not cool considering this is largely a community of elderly people that may have extreme difficulty sorting this out.

Once you get off the elevator you should be checked in, even if you are early. They tell you to sit down and we'll check you in when it gets closer to your appointment time. 30 minutes past your appointment time they still haven't checked you in. You can't do that to Old Folks. Just check them in when they get off the elevator.
