Great care but poor outcomes. Little empathy from providers when I lost the vision in my eye even though there were reassurances it could be fixed. Not their fault this happened but my hopes were elevated and then dashed with little empathy. I have to live with the results, not them.

Life is too short and I'm fed up being treated like cattle! It shouldn't take and hour to get treated the last visit it took 2 hours (and I didn't even get a "Thank you for your patience")! The majority of us getting this treatment have to have drivers as we're unable to drive ourselves home from our appointments, so that's two of us that had wait two hours. I don't care how qualified or good the doctor is; if he treats you like just an other number he'she isn't worth my time or money!

Excellent service from the entire staff and an awesome examination by Dr. Barns. He was extremely thorough, informative, and professional.
At 74+ in age, this isn't my first rodeo. I've been to other specialists in this area, but never as satisfied as this visit. I may have hit it just right. I was in & out within the hour, having multiple test taken & the exam itself. Bravo. Hope the next visit goes as smooth. Great first time experience. Note, review was for the Kissimme, Fl. location.
