I'm really shocked at some of these reviews. My husband and I just finished our first appointments at Optical Outlets and it was such a pleasant experience, from start to finish. Everybody in the office was kind and helpful. The Dr is so sweet and treats everyone like they've been a patient for years. I haven't been to the eye doctor in 10 years and was still wearing my glasses from then. No judgement at all! Prices are great for self pay and they have a large selection of glasses. Although she was running a little behind we were out the door in just a little over an hour past our appt time. Two eye exams & picking out glasses. I couldn't be happier that we chose Optical Outlets for our eye care needs. Thank you for making the appointment easy and pleasant.

I had a great experience here for my eye exam. My first contact was Yajaira, and she was very pleasant. The doctor was amazing as well. He asked me if I had any concerns and listened very intently and gave me a thorough explanation of why I was experiencing what I was, and an actionable route forward. I have been wearing contacts lenses since I was a child and this was the first time any eye doctor took the time to explain the way he did. I left feeling relieved and empowered. I truly appreciate the communication. The wait was longer that I preferred but outside of that, I have no complaints.

My sister and I walked in today to optical outlet and we were greeted by a very nice lady named yajaira. We told her why we were there we needed her glasses adjusted they were crooked they were loose, etc. etc. she took our glasses immediately went in the back when she came out very shortly my sisters were perfect. First time she had to go back only once for mine it was such a nice experience. She was explaining things about her classes pointed out to my sister. She had her nose guards on the wrong way cleaned them gave us a case just made it a very nice experience as I was leaving. I said to her is your boss here cause I would like to talk to him, you need a raise you were professional, friendly, and an asset to that company. She made it a pleasant experience and I'm going to say if you're employees or that knowledgeable and kind then that must be a good management as well thank you so much for making our day a little bit easier.

I had an amazing experience at Optical Outlets thanks to Yajaira. From the moment I walked in, she was so kind, patient, and professional. She took her time explaining everything, answered all my questions, and truly made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it shows in the way Yajaira treats her customers. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and left confident with my choice. Because of her, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an optical store. Their lab broke my frames. It was due to one of the lenses being cut too large. Instead of the cutting the lense correctly the office accepted them. It took them over 40min to get the lense in the frame. I had constant headaches after but didn't even think it could be my glasses .. I assumed too much screen time. When I realized what was wrong I called but bc I didn't purchase additional coverage was basically told nothing they could do. I never went back to get my "free replacement frames " as I didn't want the deal w the incompetence anymore. The doctor and staff are friendly enough but the lab they use is trash.

Let's be honest, Optical Outlets are one of the few places that will take any insurance. For that I am eternally grateful. Yes they're busy but they're working hard! Dr. Linda is absolutely amazing. She cares deeply for her patients and make sure all their needs are met.

The staff was thorough and professional. The quality of products and customer care is non-existent. I thought changing stores would make a difference. That was a mistake. I bought glasses out of pocket and have my contacts covered by insurance. The glasses I bought two years ago were the wrong prescription and I tried to get it rectified in store. Nothing prevailed, wound up with $400 glasses that couldn't be used. Fast forward to present day... Took three pairs of brand new frames and just asked for the lens to be replaced ... And was told there would be an out of pocket fee , no matter which way I went. I would either have to pay a fee for my own frames being used or my contact exam , if I didn't use the insurance for the contact lens. Not returning ever again after I pick up my contacts. This is an atrociousity. Their mistake and I am still having to paid for it.

Awesome team. Super helpful and reasonable. Helped me get exactly what I needed and nothing more. No pushy sales tactics just facts. I really appreciate it and Yajaira was very helpful
