Today I'm really bad experience because she try fit one pair is scratch because fell in the concrete but they no want change still I have guarantee is no the first time I pay warranty and the warranty and try fit something is scratch why we pay warranty and said cover the glasses is no thru .The employee Elizabeth she very angry and rude she taking aggressive to me and said that happened because you don't put in the case bla bla ,is my son glasses is a kid and that why I pay warranty because I now that can happened.People like her no is for working with customer ,she offense to me and really deception with walmart vision glasses.

Dr. Jordanopoulos performed my exam and I couldn't be happier, he went deep into details explaining me my condition and the possible solutions. His level of professionalism surpasses my expectations.
I also like to thank Kathryn Adkins, licensed optician, for assisting me and advising on the add-ons for my glasses. Her patience and understanding were key for earning my business. The prices are very competitive.

This vision center is fantastic! Dr. Jordanopoulos is a cauldron of knowledge and experience with a terrific attitude and manner. He's patient and comprehensive. Cammie runs the eyeglass shop to be a highly efficient and comfortable facility that had everything I needed. She's personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Allan, with his 2+ decades of service, is always spot-on helping me pick out just the right eye wear and happily services the product after the sale. I relocated here three years ago and have been using them since leaving a big city where I was patient of the largest and best equipped vision center in the area with top-notch doctors. This Walmart vision center in Titusville is every bit as competent and effective as the colossal expensive one I left. In fact, these people showed me more products, gave me more tips, and healed more issues than the big fancy place. So, don't snub this place because it's Walmart. The vision center here is as good if not better than others and will save you lots of dough!

I went to the Titusville Vision center on Sunday early afternoon to check out some glasses. The attendant was rude and uninterested is helping a customer. He looked at my prescription and immediately stated one pair of glasses would be $279.00. We hadn't even talked about type of lenses or frames yet. This 'associate' wasn't interested in any discussion or being helpful to get some glasses. I wasn't going to waste anymore time talking to him so I left to go somewhere else. I won't be back EVER. Pathetic service !

Dr. Jordanopoulos is quite knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He caught one eye situation of which I hadn't been aware and claried another which may only occur in 15-20 years. Though he gave me a really too strong prescription for which I was issued a refund and for that I am appreciative.
