I felt comfortable with my exam, as the tech explained each step to me. I didn't mind that it was a zoom exam with the doctor, because, thanks to computers, she had all my information. I found need for a new pair of glasses and was thankful my insurance covered a portion. The glasses came back quicker than estimated and I see clearly now that 'this' was a good choice.

Every single person on this team is incredible. I went to another local eye doctor who gave me TWO incorrect prescriptions and months of headaches. This was the first time I have ever enjoyed such a stress free eye-exam. Amanda did all my in-person testing and then Dr. Otero examined my eyes and test results remotely. Frankly it was better, and more efficient, than my old exams going to a crowded practice. Amy was right there to help me with ordering my new lenses. They also gave me trial contact lenses before finalizing the that part of my new prescription. Very pleased!
