Dr. Toshiya Arciaga & Associates

They canceled appointment without contacting me to tell me Walked in for my 10:20 appointment to find out it was canceled. They couldn't tell me why and they had give my time slot to somebody else. I had received two text messages reminding me of my appointment and to tell me of an insurance issue. I replied back that I wanted to confirm the appointment and would pay full price. The couldn't do anything without talking to the doctor who hadn't arrived yet even thought it was 10 minutes past the time of my appointment. So basically the doctor couldn't be bothered to show up on time for their first appointment of the day. I've been with this doctor for 15 years. They canceled my appointment, can't tell me why, need to wait for the doctor to see if they could fit me in, and the doctor can't even bother to show up in time for the appointment. The final insult was after I walked out I received an email stating that it was time for my appointment. Total chaos. But the worst part for me is the doctor can't even bother to show up on time.

The eye exams were great. The fitting of the new frames was terrible. I picked up the new glasses over a week ago, and have been back three times already for an adjustment. I will be returning the $700 eyeglasses today for a full refund. I need to find a different store.

Dr. Aumoithe, is the most incredible eye doctor I have ever been to in my life!!! She has amazing talent and is the kindest doctor I have ever had!!!!! I recommend her to all my friends and relatives that live in the Tampa area!!!!!

I had a great experience with the eye doctor! The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient. The doctors are very thorough in their examinations, addressing all my concerns. I highly recommend their services!

I was impressed with the scope of technology used to look at the health of your eyes. Staff were prompt, professional and very friendly. Doctor was on time ! ... as well as able to explain in a manner folks can grasp of the different technologies used as all as what the prescription meant. Listened as to why you were there since it was outside of the norm for a standard regular exam. Staff that sell the eye glasses were super helpful and friendly.

Great service Dr. Arciaga was thorough and engaging. He explained the exam process completely. Time spent from the exam to picking up my glasses was approximately 90 minutes! The entire staff was courteous and professional. There is no doubt this practice is what gives LensCrafters a good name. 20 years ago this level of courtesy, professionalism and knowledge was rare at best. Thank you Dr. Arciaga and your team for all you do! Made my day to be treated in such a fashion. I feel comfortable knowing my prescription is accurate and I was treated well and my time respected. #Patientforlife

Excellent experience A++, All the staffs are so kind and helpful. Waiting time was very less. Dr.Arciaga was happy to explain the things in detailed and friendly. He answered all my questions. They have so many good collections and brands.

Very friendly people! We had an issue with my insurance but they researched it and got us through it. Honestly the best customer service I've seen in a LensCrafters.
