We had a wonderful first visit at Insight Family Eyecare for my son and me. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Dr. Patel was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel very comfortable.
A special thank you to David, who helped us choose the perfect glasses for both of us. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very mindful of our budget while making sure we found frames that fit and looked great.
Overall, an excellent experience -- we truly felt cared for and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! ~Marilyn H.
My whole family comes here, they are literally the nicest people. The two girls in the front (long blond hair glasses the sweetest) , the ladies that check your eyes, the guy that fix the glasses and the young man are all very professional very knowledgeable and best of all very nice. I have no complaints at all. They also have a wide variety of glasses to pick from. No better choice around and I have been to many places.
Have been coming here for years. Dr. Church always gets my prescription right. Staff is very friendly. One time I had an issue with the glasses and they were very obliging to send them back to the lab to have them remade.
I have had the best experience with this clinic every time I have been there. There is knowledgeable and friendly staff, thorough eye exams, clear explanations of conditions, and excellent customer service for glasses selection and repair. The doctors, assistants, opticians , recepcionists are awesome people. I strongly recommend them to everybody.
I have been coming here for several years without issues for myself, however we will find a new practice after the recent experience with my children.
Dr. Church was curt and condescending to my daughter, who is a well mannered and sensitive girl. I regretted not addressing her behavior the first time. Communication was also poor regarding optometry findings at our first visit.
On our second visit for contact fitting, my husband pointed out that she did not perform well on the eye exam with the contacts and questioned why they were deemed good for use. At this point, my daughter was asked to leave the room to speak to my husband. Dr. Church said that she was "attention seeking". What would she possibly gain from that? I post this not only to bring this unprofessional and unwarranted behavior to her attention, but to prevent other parents/children from going through this. As a healthcare provider myself, we should be doing way better than whatever this was.
I have been getting my glasses there for years with no issues. So this time I fought traffic for almost an hour to pick up my glasses they said were ready. I got there around 5:45 and then they ask me if I brought my frames. Um......I bought the frames there along with the lenses. They had no clue where my frames were. That's an hour of my life Inam not getting back. How could you have lost my frames?!?!?
I've been going to Insight for my eye exam for about 4 years now and leave feeling seen/heard every time. Both Dr Church and Dr Patel take their time and don't miss a detail when it comes to their eye exams. These reviews say more about the patient than they do about the doctor. If you don't want a doctor that is honest then go somewhere else. Furthermore, The optical staff and technician are always attentive and lovely. I will be coming back every year.
By far the best experience I have ever had with an eyeglass center. My son and I went together. They did not pester us as soon as we walked in the door, and let us look around for a good bit before approaching us. The lady who helped us name was Lynn and she was as professional as you can get. Super friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful in every way.
They have all the brand name frames. A nice store with child care room too.
The ordering process was simple and pleasant.
Now I can only rate it from our initial visit and purchase process being that the glasses won't be ready for awhile. Hopefully the receiving part will be just as pleasant as the ordering.
I will update this review to include that after it happens.
But as up to this point I do highly recommend this eyeglass store.
