I was helped on the floor by Stephanie. I told her what I was looking for, and she immediately pointed me in the right direction. She has excellent customer service skills and made the experience easy and enjoyable.
I was also greeted as soon as I walked in, which I really appreciated, especially since another place I visited didn't even acknowledge me or offer assistance.
Dr. Lotie also did a great job during my exam. I'm very pleased with my overall experience, my prescription, and my glasses. Considering I had only worn military-issued glasses for years, getting a name-brand pair for the first time in a long time was definitely a big plus. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the LensCrafters in Wesley Chapel! Joanna, Tachana, and Ariel were attentive, kind, and extremely professional from the moment we walked in. The customer service felt personal and genuine; not rushed or transactional.
The eye exams were very thorough, and every step of the process was clearly explained. We truly felt like they cared about our eye health and not just making a sale. Unfortunately, other locations did not treat us with that same level of care, which previously caused us to spend extra money unnecessarily.
Joanna especially went above and beyond and completely restored my faith in LensCrafters. This team made all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

First time at Lencrafters and I have to say I rate it a pure 10. From the from showroom the staff was very helpful and knowledgable to the Dr and eye exam the expertise and service was superior. I was so impressed with the service and selection that I bought 2 pair of regular glasses, a pair of ray ban shades and ordered 2 different perscriptions for my contact lenses. If your in the Wesley Chapel area do yourself a favor and give them a try. They also have great discounts on second pair of glasses and a guarantee on lenses that if you are not satisfied they replace at no cost for new lenses. Thank you Lenscrafters! Ill be back

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but LensCrafters really disappointed me.
I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I bought my husband a pair of glasses for his birthday and gave them to him at the end of October. They didn't fit, so I went back, and the assistant manager told me I could exchange them.
When I returned on November 25th, she suddenly said it was past the 30-day window. I explained that she never mentioned any deadline. She then said they could exchange them, but I would have to pay the insurance fee again.
So now I'm out over $500 plus what they already took from my insurance. This is extremely unfair and feels like a bait-and-switch. Very disappointed after years of being a customer. I will not be returning.

Bought Ray-Ban Meta glasses ($~800) here in Jan/25. They stopped working in May. The store was closed for remodel so they sent me to another store who said they had them in stock. They didn't. They send me to a third LensCrafters who did have it. After a lengthy and painful process dealing with Ray-Ban, I got them replaced. Less than 3 weeks later, the left arm fell off the replacements while wearing them. No physical damage, just came unglued. I called the store as I'm out of town and they directed me to go to the location in St Augustine and they'd be able to replace them. I drove out of my way to go to (now a 4th) LensCrafters only to be told "I don't know why they told you to come here, we don't have them and we can't help you, go back to where you bought them".
While the meta functionality is nice, the quality control is terrible and the service from both Ray Ban and LensCrafters is even worse somehow.
I asked the manager of this location for a refund since the frames are apparently unable to be ordered and was told it's not possible and my only option is to "keep checking back to see if we can order them". What a worthless warranty.
