Absolutely unacceptable experience. From the second I stepped foot inside this MyEyeDr location, the receptionist's attitude was cold, dismissive, and outright rude. There was no greeting, no professionalism -- just hostility. When I began the check-in process, he demanded my physical ID. I calmly explained that I had accidentally left it at home but had a copy with me, and that my husband could immediately drive home with our 9-month-old baby to grab the original. Instead of showing even a little understanding, he refused to cooperate. To make matters worse, he claimed he couldn't even find my record in the system -- which is shocking considering I have been a loyal MyEyeDr patient for over 4 years and have purchased multiple pairs of glasses there. He then lectured me about "common sense," comparing it to going to the airport without an ID, and spoke to me as if he were law enforcement rather than a front desk employee. His tone was condescending, aggressive, and completely inappropriate. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had called another location in Oakland Park beforehand to confirm whether a copy of my ID would be acceptable, and I was clearly told yes -- that they already had all my information in their system. The lack of empathy, the disrespectful treatment, and the unprofessional behavior were beyond disappointing. No customer -- especially a returning one -- should ever be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others before booking an appointment at this location.

Experience is wonderful from The moment you walk in you greeted with pure Joy and energy. Good variety of glasses to Choose from. Isacc did a great job getting me the right deals for the best glasses and contacts for me. And the sweetest one of them all is Charles. Charles adjusted my current glasses that no longer fall off my face and has all the answers you need. Will definitely be back for all my future appointments.

I cannot recommend Dr. Khai Phan highly enough. He is, without a doubt, the best eye doctor I have ever seen (Pun intended)! From the moment I walked into the office, the entire experience was flawless. The staff was welcoming, and the facility operates with incredible efficiency. But the real star is Dr. Phan himself. Dr. Phan is not only immensely knowledgeable and professional, but he also possesses a rare quality: he truly listens. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my eye exam and made sure I understood the health of my eyes in clear, easy-to-digest terms. He answered all my questions patiently and genuinely seemed invested in providing the perfect solution for my vision needs. I felt incredibly confident in his expertise. My new prescription is spot-on, and I've never seen clearer! If you are looking for an eye doctor who combines top-tier technical skills with a compassionate, patient centered approach, go see Dr. Khai Phan. You won't be disappointed!

Dr. Phan, Isaac, Charles, Lucas, & Alex were absolutely amazing to me. The whole experience felt like I was just hanging out with my family. I HIGHLY recommend visiting them if you need any sort of eyewear. :)

Great office, clean and friendly staff. Had an appointment, there was some confusion with my insurance. Lucas was extremely helpful in straightening it out and did not have to reschedule my appointment. Dr. Schaefer is a great guy. Charles was also very helpful with setting up my new prescription. This office and staff get 5 .

JUNK. I used my entire $400 vision benefit for a nice pair of reading glasses. The temple fell off and I returned it for repairs - and was told they could NOT be repaired. These frames lasted 9 months! JUNK My much less expensive Warby Parker frames last years / I will not be using MyEyeDr in the future.

Convenient location. My husband had his exam and ordered glasses here and the prescription is wrong. He is unable to use them. Location is no longer open on Saturdays with no notice, we were told the eye doctor retired. He had to miss work to pick up his glasses. $653 down the drain for lenses only, he already had his frame.

I really like this office. It's well-run and modern, and they're friendly and helpful. I go to Dr. Phan, who is an awesome doctor. I had an urgent eye issue, and he was caring, spent time explaining the issue, and how he would treat it. I recommend him to all my friends who need an eye doctor. Thanks
