The Doctor and technicians at this location are excellent. However, the central administration system lets them down. Since the change of staff (December 2025) the admin service for this location is terrible. Trying to speak to someone is near impossible. After being passed around you get an answering machine. Messages then go unanswered. Bring back Ms Jackie things ran so well when she was there! Update 03/05 Response says get in touch. Ironically it's the same number I've been completely unsuccessful with.

I always feel welcome and greeted with a smile by Jackie or anyone else who may happen to be in the common area upon my arrival. The techs are always friendly making me feel comfortable and my Dr.'s have been thorough explaining whatever procedure is being performed. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Today I had my annual appointment. Faith at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Dr Patel did a thorough exam and I will continue with this office. The technician who examine my eyes ahead of Dr Patel did a great job!

I'm a current patient and was told via voicemail they needed to change my appointment time. I've tried to call every day at various times throughout the day for two weeks and they no longer answer the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. Every medical facility should be required to answer their phone during business hours. Very poor business decision they implemented in 2026. Hire more help and answer your phones, please. This is clearly a corporate decision.

I have been trying to make an official complaint with their supposedly official. Karen Hopkins executive administrator assistant. I have been leaving messages everyday and no one has returned my call. I was treated like a piece of crap. I do not know what coding is from the minute I walked in that office. The only nice person was the lady at the front desk. Everyone else in there was snooty and he acted like I was supposed to know what coding numbers meant. Well let me tell you what I am not done with you people and the way that you treated me when I went to the office to have my eyes checked and I am going to get you a high executive to post my complaint
