Monica at Advanced Eye Care went above and beyond. She scheduled me for an appointment and also helped my aged mom with the communication between the clinic and pharmacy to get her the needed prescription eye drops.

They don't answer their phones... Ever! I had to cancel an appointment through the billing department - they were the only ones who picked up the phone. Going to a new place since this was not the first incident.

Al dia de hoy 06/24/2025 y hasta 06/05/2025 between days I been trying to speak with someone for scheduling an eye surgery with Dr. Sliger . I missed a call from them, but it has been a crusade because no one answers it plus after 20 minute's the machine hangs the call. So my concern is why I suppose to call and wait for nothing! People don't bathers to call and go straight to the office; that's what I will do tomorrow. I'm really disappointed with this.

I've had nothing but the best of care from Advanced Eye Care. I had Cataract surgery from Dr Silbigger and his staff were on top of everytng. It is a very busy clinic because they are the BEST. I never mind the wait as I know as a patient that emergencies happen. I have every faith that if it was my turn for a emergency the best of care would be given. Dr Silbigger also took care of both my parents until they passed. I wouldn't think twice. Patient for life here.

Dr Fisher did great on my cataract surgery. I tried to call and schedule the other eye surgery. The first call I was on hold for 2 hours to be told they couldn't find my authorization from my insurance. The second call I was on hold only 1 hour and 45 min. For a 2 minute talk to the receptionist. You think they could do better on the phones.

Looking at the negative reviews, I had the opposite experience. Office staff were professional, friendly. Every appointment I had I was seen in a timely manner. When I moved from around the testing unit, I was advised to watch that I didn't trip over the table feet and this happened each time I visited by different staff. They slowed their pace as they led to the exam rooms, every visit was the same. Very respectful and caring. My doctor is Dr Schemmer and I liked him immediately! He was friendly and explained everything in detail. My cataract surgery was the easiest thing! I can see so well now and I'm grateful for this practice!

The Veteran Administration refer me to them because of my eye condition. Come to find out that they don't accept the VA. What a shame!

I have been bringing my grandmother to this facility for years without issue. However, during a recent consultation, I was told I would need to be physically present to sign paperwork to schedule her eye surgery, despite having power of attorney. They insisted I fly in, refusing to email or fax the necessary documents. This is especially frustrating given my grandmother's age and my reliance on family to help manage her healthcare. Today, I reached out via fax, email, and online to better understand the business practices and am waiting to receive a response. It's disappointing that their rigid policies seem to deny care to those who cannot conform to their traditional and antiquated business practices. I was able to find another eye specialist that is friendly and accommodating with much better reviews.
