If I could give 100 stars I would!Customer service was top notch. They go above and beyond. A receptionist returned my call on a Saturday. Dr.Henne and his assistant were so informative and made the eye exam fun and stress free. Did I mention my husband has to help me put eyedrops in and I have never wore contacts. This practice is truly the best. They also have a huge selection to choose from and the staff answers all your questions with a smile. Lisa helped me today and she was amazing you. You will walk out happy and informed. I cant wait to pick up my glasses next week:)

I am so please with the staff at this Family Eye Care. They are attentive, and service from the time you walk in is outstanding. Dr. Henne is an exceptional Ophthalmologist. His expertist are outstanding. I am really happy with my eye examination. Georgia provided outstanding services also. The Clinic is clean, and inviting.

I returned to this office to correct a contact lens prescription error that occurred twice, despite providing the correct prescription both times. The lenses dispensed resulted in poor and unsafe distance vision. This visit was strictly for correction, not a new exam. From scheduling through check-in, the process was disorganized. I encountered repeated confusion regarding my private insurance coverage, including inaccurate statements about vision benefits and inappropriate questioning about whether my plan was "Obamacare." My insurance representative ultimately had to contact the office directly to confirm coverage. At the appointment, staff repeatedly requested insurance documentation that had already been confirmed as on file. I was also pressured to undergo pre-testing less than six months after my prior exam, despite this being a recheck for an office error. When I declined unnecessary testing and requested to speak with a manager, I was informed no office manager was available and was then asked to vacate the exam room so another patient could be seen. I canceled the appointment. The issues here were not clinical skill, but administrative breakdowns, lack of accountability, and poor patient experience. This office would benefit from clearer processes, experienced front-office leadership, and better communication when correcting errors.

I have been coming here for a number of years and initially had a very good experience. My last visit/experience left much to be desired. After receiving my last eye exam and getting rx I was not seeing well out of one eye. I contacted the office and initially was told I qualified for a recheck exam. The day of the appointment the doctor no longer wants to see me and is refusing the recheck exam. This experience has completely soured my opinion of this Dr and this practice. I would look elsewhere for your eye care needs. The hubris of doctors and their inability to acknowledge they made a mistake is maddening. I have been wearing glasses over 20 years I can tell when a prescription is no longer working for me. I want to say more but I don't trust this Dr anymore if this how he behaves.

Very nice staff! Excellent looking office! Came in to get my glasses repaired and they fixed them so quickly. Highly recommended this place. Nice selection of frames. Thank you !!!

The absolute best eye care clinic I have ever been. Staff is friendly. Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and the clinic is very chic.

I've had both doctors do exams on me. They are both great. The staff is excellent. Dr. Henne has been a local boy his whole life it sounded like and we were able to laugh and share stories. Amazing staff, always seem to be in good moods which tells me they enjoy where they work. Great selection of glasses, when I was picking out my frames after my eye exam, half blind of course because of the dilation, the staff sat by my side the entire time helping me try on at least 20-30 frames. I love my eye doctor
