Thank God for ms Lacy she saved my glasses and made sure that I was in the right frame also my last appointment was not so well with the other lady that handled me but ms lacy is super helpful and very kind also my doctor she is super super friendly and awesome also the front desk lady's are fantastic as well. I love this location thank you Lacey for everything that you have done for me every time I come for a visit each year. !!!!!! Let's go team !!!!! Thank you for my new glasses in with the out with the old thank u doc and thank u lacy and awesome team !!!!!

Decent place. They were really busy, but the staff remained friendly and things moved along well. The eye Dr. Was great! He even took a brief moment to look at my grandbabies eyes to make sure things looked OK. Only reason I didn't guve 5 stats is because, in my opinion, they didn't have much of a selection of glasses to choose from. From the selection they had, most frames were a lot more expensive than my insurance would cover. Good place place otherwise.

Kiana, is so kind and personable. She is very respectful and knowledgeable from, what my insurance allows for glasses to how glasses actually looks on a person. I love the glasses Kiana help me pick out and the fit is awesome.I have a small face and its hard for me to find glasses that fit my face.Thank you Kiana. I also love my Eye doctor as well.

Getting called to the back was super fast but the waiting after that was extremely long. Honestly didn't see the point in having an appointment when they take all the walk ins before you. Also the girl who ended up assisting us didn't even apologize for the wait. (No Courtesy/ poor customer service) I usually go to the Lakeland office and will be returning to the Lakeland office.

This was my first time working with Optical Outlet and I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Kiana! She was amazing, caring and very professional in every way. She is someone that really cares out the patients and strives not just a 100 percent but a 1000 or more. Angelica the manager is AWESOME as well. She is someone that has a beautiful smile that shines from the heart. Again someone that cares about the patient. Silvia did a fantastic job as well. Let me share the experience, I went and the doctor that did the eye exam was great and thorough. I was very pleased. Then Kiana helped me pick out some frames, since I wasn't sure and wanted to come back she graciously held them for me. A couple days later I returned and Michelle helped me as Kiana wasn't there. I will just say it was less than a stellar situation. Ordered the glasses and then Silvia was there when I picked them up. There were some concerns as the glasses were not fitting correctly. Silvia assured me that if there was a problem to return and it would be taken care of for me. It turns out there was a defect in the lens so I returned again. Kiana was there so she graciously helped me. NOT only did she make sure that the lens was taken care of but found the original pair that we had selected! Angelica was incredible and understood that the frames were not something that would work for me and the defect was that she totally exchanged them for the other frames. Kiana also measured to ensure everything was done correctly for the new pair. I feel that it is incredible team work and dedication to ensure that not only was the problem fixed but that they truly care about my eyesight and making sure I can have the best vision possible. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for actually caring and wanting to do the best job possible. It means a lot to not only myself but all that have the pleasure of having contact with you.

My daughter has spent over $500 for glasses and the quality of the frames is questionable to say the least. This is the THIRD time in a six month period that they have cracked and broken. And how convenient that the warranty expires right before the frames break.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Ashley McCoy MD is the best optometrist I have been to in years. She didn't push for distance glasses like others to make more money. The young lady that assisted with my frame choice explained the breakdown of charges giving me the information that I needed to make an informed decision of my purchase. I have used this place for years and have never had any problems. Until recently. My fiancee and I just got our glasses here less than 4 months ago. In that time, my fiancee's glasses fell apart (earpieces tore out of the frame). No big deal; things happen. We called and were told the frames could be replaced/repaired for free. Great! However, my fiancee's lenses came back with two gouges in the lenses and both lenses fell out of his glasses this morning while out of state. It appears they were incorrectly put in the new frames. Also, we are probably going to need to get him a new exam because he has not been able to see correctly, and is wondering if the eye exam is accurate. We are not planning on trying to have this fixed again because he is probably going to need a new set of glasses anyway.
