I had the absolute best experience at Tuskawilla Family Eye Care. This is hands down the nicest medical office I've ever been to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained.
The staff was truly amazing! So kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all of my (very random!) questions without ever making me feel rushed or silly. They made me feel comfortable about my uneven eyebrows. Even helped me look for just the right frame and let me take a photo of my eye scan.
You can tell they truly care about their patients and want you to feel comfortable and informed.
If you're looking for an eye care office where you'll feel valued, heard, and well taken care of, this is it. I can't recommend them enough! Iv'e already told all my friends family and coworkers!

I had a truly outstanding experience at True Eye Experts. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The reception staff made check-in easy and quick, and the clear communication throughout the visit made everything feel seamless.
What stood out most was how efficient the entire process was--from the eye exam to picking out glasses. The staff helping with frames were especially helpful and knowledgeable, making the process of trying on glasses and sunglasses not just easy, but enjoyable. They offered great suggestions and were patient while I explored my options.

I visited on my daughter's recommendation. The staff is very friendly and professional. I had never been there before, but a blood vessel broke in my eye causing it to get very red and scary looking. I called them and they got me in quickly. They were expecting me when I walked in and were already familiar with my situation. I didn't even wait in the waiting room. I was seen right away. It was so nice not to have to languish in a wait room half the day. The Dr. Prado was so kind and explained exactly what happened and what I could do for it. Highly recommend.

Dr. Anh Do, Doctor of Optometry is a wonderful person. She is friendly, kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Do is very thorough in her examinations and explains things that one can very easily understand.
The office has an in-house eye glass fitting, etc. Nicole who is in charge of this department is an absolute delight. She is very friendly, courteous and professional as well. She handles your eye glass prescriptions, fitting your glasses properly, etc.
The front office staff, Laura and Millie are two great ladies. They take care of all the paperwork, insurance, appointment setting, etc. They too are friendly, kind and professional.
My husband and I always look forward to our yearly eye examinations here because every one here treats us like family.
We definitely and highly recommend this Optometrist practice.
