Dr Alexander and his staff were phenomenal! I had been to couple main stream optometrist and just felt like a number. At Alpharetta eye clinic very friendly and professional , they took the time answer all my questions . If you want a family atmosphere and professionalism at its best Alpharetta eye clinic is the place to go !!

Dr. Michael Walker is an excellent optometrist. He provides me, the patient, with the information needed to make an informed decision about my care. Dr. Walker is very personable. He enjoys joking with his patients. Additionally, the entire staff at Alpharetta Eye Clinic has the same attitude, personable and attentive. I am very pleased with the care I receive.

Dr. Walker is one of the most kind and genuine people I've ever known! Both he and the entire team are a joy. Each of them are incredibly warm, caring, detailed, and professional. I can't say enough good things and would recommend Alpharetta Eye Clinic to anyone!

We came in for a doctor's appointment for my 6-year-old daughter, and everyone was so welcoming and kind. They made her feel completely comfortable from the moment we walked in. Elle was especially wonderful with her, and Dr. Walker was amazing--so great with kids and had them laughing the whole time. We truly appreciated the warm, caring experience! We love Alpharetta Eye!!

Whitney, Ellie & Dr walker are very knowledgeable, helpful, warm and welcoming. Grateful for their great customer service. They also make the visit fun. I feel like they treat me as if I am a family member or best friend. The front desk staff (Taylor & Brandi) are always very warm friendly & helpful as well.

Ellie and Dr. Walker were excellent! I was brought back in a timely manor and the examination was thorough. GG was excellent in ordering my glasses. I was a little disappointed in the timeliness of the delivery. It took three weeks.

I came here with prescriptions for myself and my daughter just for glasses. I know my benefits inside and out, I know how many pairs I can get and what's covered. The lady working in that department was completely wrong and didn't check my benefits correctly. She ASSUMED I only got one pair and tried to get me to pay out of pocket for a second at a "discount". Even though I told her repeatedly she was wrong and to check again she would not. So we left and went to another local eyeglasses place where they had zero issues letting me get multiple pairs that are covered by my insurance. The real hiccup came when I tried to get them covered because Alpharetta Eye had put a hold on my insurance for that one pair... we had to call back and get it removed, even though we never committed to buying anything from them. I feel that this whole thing was a money grab, trying to get me to pay way more for glasses that are actually covered by my insurance. Go elsewhere - or at the very least KNOW your benefits before you go to them and don't get ripped off.
