I had an amazing experience at Atlanta Eye Group. Janae was the absolute sweetest. I ran into some insurance issues, and she went above and beyond to help make sure my benefits covered the exam.
DR. Patel was incredibly understanding and took the time to answer all of my questions--especially those related to my vision and the stroke I had a few months ago. He genuinely put me at ease and even made me laugh, which meant so much.
The optometrist ladies on the other side were also extremely helpful, answering every question thoroughly and patiently. Truly the best customer service all around. I couldn't recommend them more.

I had an eye exam with Dr K Harris (Alpharetta-North Point). She is no nonsense, cut and dry and to the point. She is also the first optometrist to acknowledged/diagnosed my color blindness. I'd recommend her consultations without hesitation. The prescription was spot on as well.

I wish I could give less than one. I had a appointment scheduled for today at 2:30 at lenox with Dr. Marsh. When I got to lenox, I have no appointment. They had to schedule me at 3:40 but chat people lied. Why don't they answer phone? Everyone do like texting. Your forced to text. After I get this appointment, I will find another provider eventhough I Love Dr. Marsh, I can't deal with the incompedience of call center. I have a right to go to any office I want to and not where they want me to go. It's my money, my choice.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at the eye doctor. The assistant was sweet, professional, and very helpful. The doctor was amazing and really checked my eye out (I had a broken vessel). During the exam it felt more like a chat with a friend and the entire process was just fantastic.
