I had an absolutely amazing experience at this eye doctor's office! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. Alicia and Francesca were both incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire visit feel smooth and stress-free. Dr. Raad was outstanding...knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my care. It's rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a warm and reassuring manner. The whole team works seamlessly together, and it truly shows. I left feeling well taken care of and confident in my eye health. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-notch eye care and exceptional service!

My entire family has been coming to this location for over 10 years and we haven't had a problem till today. My son showed up for his eye exam and was told he didn't need his eyes dilated. I said I would like for him to since it's part of my insurance and he has been having migraines. I got a lecture from the doc saying she can't help with that since she is an eye doc. I said I understand but still want his eyes dilated. She then said she could not do it since her next appt was at noon and it was 11.40am. My son was on time for his 11am appt. The whole interaction was unreal. I was told he could come back in the next 6 months and it would be free. Why does he need to come back? Needless to say, they just lost 4 customers

If I could give negative stars I would. Such a rude lady this morning on Saturday; she first yelled at me when I tried to enter the building at 9 AM then very rudely tells me that she just can't help me with getting measurements for a new pair of glasses because there wasn't a doctor on site Totally fine, but I tried to explain that I already had an existing prescription just needed help if she can look up some measurements on my already existing and valid prescription She claimed that she could not look up anything or do anything without a doctor on site I understand that they're a business operating procedures, but there's no need to be rude. Very unprofessional

I was thoroughly impressed with quality of service, as well as the staff that made me feel valued and appreciated. I normally buy my contacts at a big box retailer but Alicia went above and beyond to match their price but even more competitive with the manufacturer rebate which was not available at my regular big box retailer.

I love this location and adore working with Dr.Jaikaran! She is so amazing, patient and always has a pleasant aura. I dont want to see any other eye dr !! To add, all the employees are super nice as well.

Office Manager called and explained why the billing was different and made the appropriate adjustments. Surprise billing. They oversell you and tell you that your insurance will cover the costs. They don't enter the correct co-payments on the bills. You pay them in full when you order your glasses. A month later they send you an statement (with no information) for more than twice the amount they quoted and collected from you. It's a bait and switch so you won't go elsewhere to get better prices. Should be illegal and they should not be allowed to try to collect more money then the quoted you.

From the front desk to the very nice young lady that was doing my eye exam and the doctor was amazingly great and the girl that helped me with picking out my glasses was amazing. The whole damn staff was awsome.

Dr. Marshall and the whole staff were amazing. Could not have been happier coming out of an annual eye check up. If you need an eye doctor, do yourself a favor and wander into the myeye doctor location on Old Milton in Alpharetta.
