This one star rating is not a reflection of the doctor, but rather, one of the staff members. I will not go into details, but for anyone visiting this establishment, be aware of the staff. There are two young ladies in the floor room area, and the shorter of the two, is pleasant and professional. However, the other one who is much taller than her, is extremely rude and obnoxious. I have witnessed her attitude on a prior occasion, and I overlooked it but on my most recent visit last week, she directed her attitude towards me. I don't care if she was having a bad day or not, when you come to work and you are facing customers, you need to be professional.
I will never visit this establishment again and I am pulling my appointments for my wife and my three kids, and we will NEVER frequent this establishment ever again!!!!!!

Dr. Bhadra, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for referring me to a glaucoma doctor as well as to a retina specialist. You were not only referring, you called the retina specialist and took the appointment for me. That helped so much to alleviate my anxiousness with the eye sight changes I had all of a sudden. I'm new to the area so this is my first time at Premier Family Vision. Dr. Bhadra made my eye exam experience very smooth. The staffs are also very friendly and attentive. I got my new glasses after 3 days, and when the frame didn't fit tightly enough, I was able to come in and have it fixed very quickly (on a Saturday no less). I will definitely recommend Premier Family Vision to my family and friends.
