I was in absolute awe with the professionalism and dedication I found in Dr. Tucker's clinic. His staff was so nice and kind with our situation (my uncle is visiting and doesn't have insurance), and still they accommodated us and treated him with so much respect. Dr. Tucker himself checked him thoroughly and then double check with one of his associates about the diagnostic. When it comes to doctors, I always think patients pay for 2 services: healing and comfort. Definitely they provide you both in this place.

The wait times are very long (always AT LEAST an hour waiting). The staff is the rudest I've ever encountered in a healthcare setting. Every time I was in the office, the administrative staff incorrectly recorded my insurance information. I recommend people look elsewhere for eye care. I've since found a new provider and have been very happy with their service.

Associates are knowledgeable, but don't believe you will be seen on time or have the doctor show in a timely manner. Sat in exam room and waited over 40 minutes for the doctor, and this was after being seen by a tech 20 minutes after appointment time. They need to realize their patients' time is also valuable.

This is the most RACIST doctor in Georgia. He walked into the exam room,... fixed his eyes on the computer screen as he waltzed in...never made eye contact...didn't greet me ..sat right down on his computer chair while staring at computer screen....asked questions without turning to look at ne . Stretched his hand to retrieve my glasses that I was handing to him while his eyes were still fixed on computer screen .....never spoke a kind word. That was the worse doctor's visit I've had in my life. BOLD FACE RACISM... Dr. Tucker, you need to go back to medical school to take classes on how to treat your patients. Remember that when you took an OATH...YOU PROMISED TO TREAT EVERYONE....not just Caucasians

Went in for a "bubble" on my right eye. Dr. Junhee Lee was my doctor who took a look at it and diagnose it was a conjunctiva cyst. Made another appointment to have it excise. That day went smooth, painless, and quick. Dr. Lee was excellent and follow-up afterwards. Recommend him if you ever need a cyst removed!

Dr Lee was great staff is great ... Don't listen to the noise I've been in there at least three times. Never had any issues.

Guys you can go go to this center for eye checkup only but NEVER place order for eye glass. Just take the prescription and go somewhere else. The reason is their charges are very high compared to other eye care center for frames, progressive lense, anti reflection etc, and they take almost 2 weeks to deliver the order. This was posted on Jan-10-2018 based on my experience of eye checkup on Dec-28-2017.

Dr. Tucker and staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. I've been his patient for 12 years and I'm completely satisfied with the care I've received.
