*BUYER BEWARE* Horrible experience - bought lenses from these guys less the 6 months ago. The lenses started to peel - actually peel. Spent 500$ and in less the 6 months and now waste of money. I should have read the reviews before coming to visionworks. Save your self time and money and go somewhere else! - obviously trained to blame it on customer but this was the actual lens. Again be careful before spending hard earned money here!

Dr. Yu was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the details of my eye exam. I truly appreciated her honesty in advising that cataract surgery is not necessary at this time--especially in contrast to the optometrist at the Kennesaw office, who seemed quite insistent on proceeding immediately.
Sales Assistant Astynn was equally impressive--professional, courteous, and genuinely attentive throughout my visit. She treated me like a valued individual rather than just another appointment on the schedule, which made the entire experience both comfortable and refreshing.

The staff here is EXCELLENT -- very polite and professional.
However, there's one big problem: they don't clearly explain their policies. I received a text saying my glasses were ready for pickup, so I asked for time off from work and drove 20 miles to get there. When I arrived, they told me they couldn't release the glasses because the doctor wasn't in, and that pickups are only allowed on certain days (not Wednesdays or Sundays)
By the LAW the doctor has to be there OK with me BUT this should absolutely be mentioned in the message or when you place your order. If that's the policy, they should make it clear -- or even better, schedule pickups by appointment. It's frustrating to have your time wasted like this, especially when you're following their instructions.
People's time is valuable, and it's not right to waste it due to unclear communication. So ****PLEASE CALL BEFORE YOU PICK UP YOUR ORDER****
