Windward Eye Care

We have been seeing Dr. Arey for a few years now. We stopped by today to pick up some prescription glasses and Lester helped us adjust both the new glasses and an older pair so they could fit perfectly. He had to go back and forth between the table we were at and the office about 5-10 times to ensure the adjustments were perfect. He also carefully inspected each adjustment so he could see what needed to be done and did so with great enthusiasm. I think Lester should get a promotion.

Exceptional Care and a Wonderful Experience for the Whole Family! My family and I visited the Windward Eye Center in Alpharetta yesterday, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. This is truly a top-tier facility. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. They handled our check-in quickly and made us feel comfortable right away. The doctors were equally outstanding. They were thorough, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring both my family and I felt completely informed about our eye health. Their level of care and great bedside manner made the entire appointment stress-free. If you are looking for excellent, comprehensive eye care in the Alpharetta area, I highly recommend the Windward Eye Center. We will certainly be returning for all our future needs!

Brandi was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very congenial, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which made the entire experience pleasant and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my interaction with her and truly appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude. Tristan was wonderful! She did a great job getting me in and out of my eye appointment today. Dr. Moon was very thorough and explained everything patiently. Overall, a great experience!

Whitney helped me restore my old favorite pair of glasses. I ordered up to date rx lenses and she replaced the nose pads and adjusted. Perfect! Thank you!

Front desk admin Tristan was personable and helpful. Dr. Moon and assistant were thorough and helpful with questions about managing eye conditions. I've been a patient since 2022 and very satisfied with the care I've received.

Sonja at the alpharetta clinic did a fantastic job with my progressive glasses. She got it perfect. Also Dee at this office was very professional dealing with customers and taking care of them

Dr. Alexander is amazing, and his staff is equally wonderful! I had an excellent experience with Austin when he fitted me for my glasses--he was knowledgeable, polite, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
