I found LASIKPlus while scrolling on Ticktock one and I decided to check them out and I am so glad that I did!!! I have been trying to get LASIK for sooooooo long but never qualified because my vision kept on changing or I had to get a lens put in my eye making the cost expensive because my eye sight was so bad! But not at LASIKPlus! They were able to do my LASIK procedure super easy without having to insert a lens in my eye! From day one of walking in for my consultation they have made this process extremely easy and relaxing, I knew I was in Great Hands from day one! The day of the procedure everyone was so welcoming and helpful and they are all here supporting you and cheering you on! Dr. Smith was amazing making feel extremely comfortable while doing the procedure and talking to me the whole time. Dr. Smith has been doing with LASIKPlus since 2000 and knowing that was really comforting. I came in with -11 eyesight and walked out with 20/20 vision!!! I am so happy that I finally got this done and I am extremely happy I did it here at LASIKPLUS!!! Thank you so much!!!! You don't know how happy I am to finally be done with glasses and contacts!!!! Y'all are the best!

Had a 1:30 appointment on 11/22/25, arrived on them, just to be told there is a 45 min-1 hr wait time before I'll be called back. The lobby was extremely full. The receptionist was super dry, not welcoming, and impatient when I was asking questions. She also looked drained. When asked why didn't anyone call to inform me, she claims they just opened back up at 1PM. Unacceptable. All she cared was to reschedule me. I chose NOT to reschedule. I rearranged my Saturday for this appointment. I'll rather go elsewhere than to deal with this sweat shop environment. This seemed like this is normal; over scheduling and being inconsiderate of patients time. Not the place for me!

Great experience! I came in with a -7.75 Rx in glasses and also needing reading glasses now that I'm in my mid 40s. During my consult everyone was friendly and went over all my options while answering any questions. I opted for monovision. The surgery itself went quickly with post op instructions provided beforehand. At my follow up a few days later I already had 20/20 vision! Very happy with the results. Easier than I expected!

I was able to have a consultation and the procedure done the same day. My appointment was at 1pm and I left at 3:30pm being able to see clearly. I highly recommend this procedure with this specific facility. Everybody was extremely kind and thorough in providing me with all the information I needed and made me feel so safe and secure in their hands!

The whole process of consultation, procedure and post op for lasik has been so easy. Everyone has been so kind and have made me feel comfortable. I've always heard that getting LASIK is the best gift you can ever give yourself. After yesterday, I can say that I wholeheartedly agree. But I'd like to add that getting my LASIK at LasikPlus is the best decision that I could have made. Every interaction with the staff was an absolute delight. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Smith made the procedure effortlessly calming with constant reassurance during the quick 15 mins that I was in the operating room. If you're in the Atlanta area and you've always wanted to know what it's like... let me tell you. It may be 2026, but I'm seeing 20/20!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely excited for my new vision. They also run on time and give you clear expectations of how long everything takes, which I appreciate. My vision was already nearly perfect just a few hours after the procedure. I only wish I had done it sooner!
