My daughter and I went to get a much needed eye exam today with Dr Kleinert, it was a great experience! The lady at the front desk is very kind and helpful, wonderful lady. Dr. Kleinert was outstanding! My daughter had a great experience as well! I highly recommend Dr Kleinert. Thank you so much!

We love Dr. Kleinert and Christy! They are great. We changed to them when our eye insurance changed and it has been great. I am over 40 years old and Dr. Kleinert is the FIRST doctor to ever fit me for my glasses after the prescription is done. They are caring and you feel like family! We will never go to anyone else!

Dr. Kleinert and staff go above and beyond. It is so hard to find honest people that truly care about you as a patient. Dr. Kleinert does it all. He is professional and trustworthy and gives his all for his patients. I've seen many optometrists in my short 38 years and Dr. Kleinert is by far the best!

Dr. Kleinert is a WONDERFUL eye doctor! He was extremely thorough in his exam and made sure I was happy with my contact prescription. We drive over an hour just to see him and it's completely worth it - his services can't be beat!!

I am beyond impressed with Dr. Kleinert's office in Baldwin, GA! I have never received that type of customer service from an eye doctor ever! I was NOT even there for myself but for my brother! Dr. Kleinert was able to replace my brother's glasses for no charge (less than a year old and he had the same pair in his office!), remembered that he is a teacher and asked about him personally, showed me all of the "cool" glasses personally ! Go see Dr. Kleinert and Christy in Baldwin!!! Great people!!!

Dr. Kleinert is the best eye doctor you'll find...anywhere! His patience to get contacts and glasses right is just unheard of! He will not stop until your prescription is absolutely perfect! And Christy has a true knack for helping you pick frames that are just right, every single time you change them!

My Girlfriend went to Dr Kleinert with high expectations of getting here vision corrected. The exam lasted 1 minutes with Kleinert just guessing at a prescription. He said try these out & see how they work. She went back the next day letting Dr Kleinert the prescription is not correct. He responded with "what do you want me to do"? " Very Defensive" He said you can use your old prescription or the new prescription I gave you.. Both of which don't help her see clearly. He never corrected the problem.. So she asked for a refund..So she could go to another doctor & get the correct prescription. NO REFUND.... So now she has to pay for another exam. Too bad you can't give negative stars.... OUT OF MONEY & Still can't see clearly.

Be going to Kleinert for years. I love Christy and Dr. Kleinert. All my family members comes to him. Really great place.
