I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Vishal Patel at Milan Eye Center. The care and compassion he shows my parents at every single appointment truly means the world to our family. He treats them as if they were his own parents -- with patience, respect, and genuine kindness. As older patients, they sometimes need extra time and reassurance, and Dr. Patel never makes them feel rushed. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure they are comfortable and confident about their treatment. The level of service and personal attention he provides is simply exceptional. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such professional excellence with heartfelt compassion. I continue to be very pleased with Milan Eye Center (Mall of Georgia). The doctors and support staff are awesome! When I experienced some blurred vision, post-cataract surgery, Dr. Patel saw me quickly and set my mind at ease, explaining the cause was not serious and that it would likely resolve with the help of some medication. I have recommended this practice to a couple friends, as I plan on maintaining them as my eye care professionals.

*I have been seen here for my annual and medical botox since I moved to the area. The reception is spotless and always smilling, courteous. Recently I asked for photocopy of my history and they went beyond and printed them all, pages and pages, since I ve been coning for the last 6 years. Milan Eye Center in Buford is EXCELLENT! They were all so kind from scheduling the appointment, check in was quickly. All of the staff was so kind. Dr. Patel explained what my Mom's issue was and he even helped to explain how she could get help to reduce the cost of her medication. It is a very clean facility. We wish it was a facility that did routine yearly eye exams because if they did my family would be using them. Highly recommend them for your Medical Eye needs. I am so happy we were referred there.
