Great five star service from booking our online appt to being greeted and checked in and meeting with the eye doctor, Stephen Szirovecz. My daughter and I both went in together today and were both seen and received amazing customer service! We worked with Craig and Sharon too to help us with our glasses and contact lenses. They were so wondering, friendly and very helpful to work with! This will be our new home for all of your future vision needs! Thank you! Keep up the great work!

The reception and Doctor were both very nice. I told the receptionist that I was just there for the exam. When it came to check out the gentleman was pushy about purchasing glasses from them and tried to make me feel guilty. I explained I did not want to purchase them through them because I could get a better price online and would have more options. Yes, I would like to buy local but I just can't afford to. When I asked if I could get my pupillary distance checked he said he only does that for customers buy frames from them. Extremely rude. I left feeling horrible

Sharon was wonderful, spent lots of individual time with me picking out my first pair of progress glasses. The rest of the staff was very easy and pleasant to work with.

My appointment was absolutely amazing, everything went well and was quick, and afterwards Sharon was a great help picking out glasses and sunglasses. She showed me a few pairs, gave me great recommendations and was overall amazing. Thank you so much!

Most helpful staff I have come across anywhere, in a long time! The positve energy and enthusiasm made the whole experience a pleasure. Sharon especially was great and made sure the glasses I selected were exactly my style.

They're open but no doctor so cannot pickup glasses that I was notified yesterday were ready. He's the General Manager - will not provide contact info for his supervisor. No exception, just smirking "Georgia law requires a doctor to be present, sorry man, any day but Wednesday next week you can come back" TOTAL B.S. Everyone has access to Google and that is not the case (see screenshot for clarity pal) "every week someone comes in here like you getting me pissed off. I could loose my job and our license if I give you glasses." Really?well I guess terrible customer service won't cost your job Glad my time is not important to you. Looking forward to my last visit next week. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I know i will.

I had such a great experience with my eye doctor! They were super sweet, friendly, and really helpful throughout the entire process of getting my glasses. They made everything easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent service!
