I find it to be the least I can do is to provide a shining review for this business as they have been simply amazing with my child! You see, my child has several conditions that present certain factors that can be off putting to many people. Yet, this business really took it all in stride and was kind, patient, and accommodating. Never treating my child any different from anyone else! We even had a clerical issue with insurance and the associates took it all one step at a time, with patience, and made it all happen! We got the prescription glasses in a timely manner. When we were faced with possible changes needed to the prescription, we were given a next day appointment and the doctor was patient, thorough, accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and understanding with our unusual situation at hand. When faced with needing a new pair of glasses (second pair, new prescription), the associate looked into insurance coverage and was able to direct us to the most affordable options. We were referred to a local business for eye therapy also. We truly have felt heard and accommodated by MyEyeDoctor. We truly appreciate you all!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We struggled for a while finding glasses for our son and no where we went was very helpful. The staff here actually went to the floor with us and helped us look until the perfect pair for him was found. We are so grateful for everything the did to help us and would highly recommend them for anyone who needs a new eye doctor. They are fantastic!

Dr Munoz was great! She took her time to discuss all my eye issues and explained everything to a T, making sure I understood and accepted all answers. I never felt rushed which these days is unheard of. Highly recommend!

Lily--the PSC and tech--was absolutely amazing! I often struggle to navigate all the insurance details, but she made the entire process effortless and helped me understand how to truly maximize the benefits for my children. She even turned my 16-year-old's eye exam into a genuinely fun experience, which is no small feat! Being around Lily was a delight--she was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. She significantly reduced my stress and made the whole visit smooth and positive from start to finish.

My wife and I each visited the MyEyeDr office in Canton, GA within the last few weeks and found the doctor and staff to be outstanding. We received a friendly greeting as we walked through the door and top notch professional service in all aspects of our visit. Today, the receptionist was spot on with checking me in for my appointment and provided clear instructions on what she needed from me in the way of paperwork and identification to get me ready to see Dr. Munoz. I appreciated how she reviewed the costs for the expected services so there were no surprises. Lilly, the technician, was very professional and provided outstanding information about each step of the in-take examination. She was attentive in collecting the lasted on my general and eye health. Her explanation of each step made the experience easy and thorough. Dr. Valeria Campos Munoz is a fantastic Doctor of Optometry. Her demeanor and thoroughness let me know she is at the top of her game. She explained each part of the exam and provide feedback that helped me understand how well my eyes are doing. She also identified areas that she wants to monitor to ensure my sight is preserved for years to come. Maggie, the optician, was super helpful as she explained my costs and timing for delivery of my contacts. Additionally, she took the time to tweak the fit of my back up glasses to make sure they were comfortable. Bottom line, the Canton, GA office of MyEyeDr is the place to go if you are looking for your next eye doctor. Dr. Munoz and the Canton staff are a great team who focus on your eye health and providing excellent customer service. I recommend you try them out. I believe you will be more than satisfied.

Arrived to my appointment on time and was notified that the doctor was an HOUR behind schedule. I understand that situations can arise, but to not notify patients the moment you know there's going to be such a huge delay, is truly a huge misstep on the front desk's part. Very disappointing.

Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. Loved my appointment. Lily was very helpful, made me feel at ease and she explained everything to me. All employees are caring.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Doctor is amazing and speaks spanish! They walk you through everything and really make sure you are comfortable! Amazing office.
