Dr. Popham is wonderful! He fully explains everything to his patients and is so kind. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. The experience here is so much better than any other eye doctor I've been to.

I had a metal shard stuck in my eye that I got removed at the ER. The way it was removed caused vision loss and a lot of pain/irritation in that eye. I called Dr Pophams office and they were able to get me seen the following day. Dr Popham was knowledgeable about the situation and did a small procedure on the spot. The next day I was already feeling so much better than I had the past few weeks. I'm a self-pay patient, so price affects me more than those with insurance. I know you can't put a price on your eyes, but the price was very reasonable. My oldest daughter also comes here for her eye glasses and contacts. I'd recommend them to anyone needing eye care. Dr.Popham hands down is the best. Very knowledgeable and explains everything. He treats you like you are his family, he doesn't rush through your appointment keeps all of his attention on you during your visit I definitely will be back more!

I am new to this town and had to find a local eye doctor. That's always scary! You really don't know who or what you're going to get. I am so blessed to have found Dr. Popham and his entire staff. They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed at their facility. They are friendly, kind and patient. They are (very important) extremely knowledgeable and efficient. If you are considering a new doctor, you will never regret choosing these wonderful people! I highly recommend them.

This is one of the worst clinics I have ever dealt with. First, they have very rude help. Also, the help is not at all knowledgeable. After making several calls to this clinic and NEVER receiving a return phone call, I called the lab myself. In talking to the lab, I was told they had no communication with the eye clinic. Instead of using some customer service skills to help me with my issue they immediately took issue with me. Anyone in a customer service job should have sense enough to speak to a customer about a problem in a manner that resolves the issue not makes it worse. I was told they have customers and are busy. Obviously, all customers are not important just the ones they choose are. This clinic dropped the ball on getting our glasses and never once apologized for that or the long wait time. Instead, they hung up on me. Again, using not one ounce of customer service skills to make the issue right. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Not only are they unskilled, but they are rude. I was told I would be contacted back, but that never happened. They did absolutely nothing to help me in anyway, yet told me they were trying to help. Well a simple phone call with an explanation of the problem and an apology would have been an easy fix, but instead they chose to never call back, never apologize and act as if they were doing me a favor. A business needs customers. Every customer. So, to treat any paying customer so rudely is unnecessary, and if they continue that they may one day not have the very thing that keeps them open... customers. They sure will never have my business and I will tell anyone I come in contact with not to go there. I give this business an F for being a failure!

I am new to Georgia and I went to Popham eye care for my eye exam and glasses. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very nice. He had no problem talking with me about my prescription and the issues I had. My only complaint is that it has taken way more than I expected to get my glasses. Other than that I had a good experience.

I highly recommend Dr. John Popham! I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how well he explained what was going on with my vision. He was very nice and professional and the front staff were helpful when I had a slight issue with my insurance! I'll be sending a few family members here!

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful place from walking in the door til we walked out.The receptionists were so nice and helful, hardly any wait time. The tech was so great with my elderly father, explained every thing he was doing. Then DR. Popham came in and was so thoughtful and knowledgable, didnt mind answering our question and explained in our terms and not just medical terms. I give this place 10 thumbs up. I will some day need glasses or something and as long as they are in business I will go there when that time comes. Thank you all for a good experience. GOD BLESS YOU ALL
