Being that this was the first experience for my girls and me, we were extremely pleased with how smoothly everything went! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by such kind and welcoming staff. Kendra checked us in and got the initial exam started, making the process easy and comfortable. We were then led to a room where the doctor completed the rest of the exam virtually....which we honestly thought was pretty cool! Gia was absolutely amazing at helping us choose frames and has such a sweet presence! She truly has an eye for what fits best and picked out beautiful options that suited my daughters' faces perfectly. I was also so grateful that my insurance was accepted, which helped save me a lot of money. James is definitely the person to see if your frames need adjusting! He kindly came over (even though he wasn't our original rep) to make sure the glasses were properly aligned and wouldn't slip. That level of care really stood out to me. There was also another young lady there who was very nice as well. I truly appreciate everyone there for being so kind, patient, and welcoming. They made our first experience a great one, and we will definitely be coming back!

First time customer, This visit and eye exam was awesome. I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Gia, and she explained everything to me and was very helpful. Everyone here was so nice and helpful, my exam was not difficult at all.
