Seeing Perfect Eye Care

We have been seeing Dr Hsu since she was in the Costco and love her new space! It's bright and airy. Dr Hsu and her staff are wonderful and efficient. I brought my 4 kids in for eye exams. She did a scan of the back of their eyes and suggested my oldest start wearing MiSight to help slow the progression of her prescription. Her staff taught my 11 year old how to wear her new contacts and gave her the confidence to do it herself when she got home. We are VERY satisfied with Dr Hsu and highly recommend her office for all your vision needs.

Dr. Hsu and her team are beyond exceptional. She's very knowledgeable, informative and provides wonderful customer care. I followed Dr. Hsu and the team from the former Costco location. Congratulations on the beautiful and warm state-of-the-art Seeing Perfect Eye Care new home!

Dr Hsu is an amazing optometrist. I have been going to for 6 years. Love her office and staff. She is just as nice and kind as she is a terrific doctor!

I followed Dr. Hsu from Costco and I am so glad I did! She is so thorough, genuinely caring and great at explaining my eye issue. Education seems to be her priority. First, I've heard nothing but amazing things about Dr. Hsu and I have no reason to not believe them. It makes giving this review rough. I can't attest to Dr. Hsu as I never got to see her. I made an appointment as a new patient for my annual exam followed by a contact fitting. Making the appointment was a tad difficult, but I moved past that. I arrived early & filled out the paperwork. I was then told that because I was on a GLP-1 (for weight loss, not diabetes), I would have to have a medical evaluation that was charged to my health insurance and I'd have to come back another time for my vision exam that's filed with VSP. Because I haven't met my deductible, I would be charged $239 for the visit. I was told they could not do a medical exam & a vision exam on the same day because they can't file a medical claim and a vision claim on the same day. That seems odd. I'm changing Health insurance starting in January and my co-pay would be $20, so it didn't make sense to pay $239 now. I begrudgingly rescheduled for January. I politely suggested to one of the receptionists that because 12% of the population is on a GLP-1, they should ask before setting appointments. That's when another receptionists or admin chimed in and said "Well there's a lot of medications that cause issues. We can't possibly run through them all!" It was snarky and completely unprofessional. I'm sure there are other medications that cause issues, but I'd be surprised if any of them have so many people taking them and if they do, that should be one they ask about as well. At least have a list on the website. I checked with a different highly recommended practice and they've never heard of this. They will now get my money as I promptly cancelled my January appointment here. I checked with friends who take a GLP-1 and they've never dealt with this. I highly recommend that you run through all your medications before scheduling an appointment here. Or be ready to pay more and have to make several appointments.

Dr. Hsu, Sam and Sharleen are a top notch team. They have taken great care of my eyes and helped me figure out how my insurance and Medicare work. They're all about customer service and aren't satisfied until you are. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

So grateful to have found Dr. Hsu and her practice when I did -- the entire staff is compassionate, warm, and transparent, and Dr. Hsu herself has provided such reassurance and expertise in navigating next steps/what to expect as I recover from a corneal ulcer. I couldn't be happier with the care I've received.

Dr. Teresa Hsu and her dedicated staff have taken such good care of our vision needs for several years. She was formerly located within Brookhaven Costco and has now moved to a beautiful building just up Peachtree Industrial in the Chamblee area. We recommend her highly!
