We love this place, and we come back every year! As a family with children and teens, we feel treated so well, and cared for with such professionalism. We drive about 45 minutes but it is always worth it! Customer care is exceptional and our prescriptions are on point. Thank you!

My name is Jeff Plott. I have a business in Athens, Georgia. I have been a patient at Commerce vision center for several years now the staff has always treated me very well. Helped me find the perfect glass that fits my face and my shape and Miss Brenda always goes the extra mile to make sure that you're treated like her very own family and will help you in anyway possible to make sure that you can see properly and what you're getting will work for you. I've never had an optometrist or a doctor to take this much time with me and treat me this well. I love this entire group. You'll feel like family from the word go. and Miss Brenda is actually Dr. Rosado as you can well see she is so kind that she instantly feels like family.

I love Commerce Vision Group!! The staff are awesome. Every one of them treat you professionally but with the care of like you are part of their family. Dr. Rosado is amazing and truly cares about the health of your vision. She is an outstanding optometrist. I would recommend her to anyone for their eye health needs.

My Mom had an appointment with Dr. Rosado -- it has been some years since her last vision appointment -- she is 93 and a little hard of hearing. All of the staff there was so wonderful in how they cared and treated us!! Especially Dr. Rosado! She didn't rush through the exam and the staff was so helpful in every aspect of the visit. I'm so happy to find such a great place for our vision care so close to home! I highly recommend them.

To the reply: Yes the lenses have been ordered AFTER my husband called AFTER the incident and knew his rights didn't stop with your store. We paid the full balance remaining after the insurance payment for those frames and lenses. We will be contacting the manufacturer of the frames as well. Normal wear and tear of a complete flex frame, which you showed the 14 year old how easily they can bend every which way, is not the paint chipping off the bridge and lenses falling out. The paint used on the frames obviously wasn't meant for flexing. 2 months not even a full 2 months and they looked like trash! They are 300 dollar frames! Come on! He's not a new to glasses either. Has been wearing them since he was like 3. This was not normal and yall know it. Bought very expensive TitanFlex frames from here for my 14 year old son. He is homeschooled and wasn't in any winter sports. Less than 2 months wear and the paint has come off the bridge of the nose, the lense fell out, and the blue blocker film has half way peeled off. Went in to ask what can be done....take the blue blocker film off, maybe tighten the arms, and put the lense back in for me. As the lady who works up from was telling me this should be warrantied, the owner comes out and says he can tell something happened to the frames and this is our fault. I asked what he thinks happened to cause this with $300 FLEX frames, what did we do to cause this?! He shewed us out and told us to "go buy your frames at a flea market" ???? Very unexpected and rude! This was in front of my kids too. So weird, we took our glasses and left. Went home and did my best to fix them myself. Lesson learned. They won't stand behind their products and it pisses them off if you ask them to help fix something. I would have paid to fix them, just needed help.

I took my mother to this location to get her eyes examined. Yes, we had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment but it was well worth it. The doctor was extremely friendly and even more extremely patient with my mother and her inability to hear very well. He quickly figured out what my mother's needs were and gave us a plan of action. I will be finding out if my insurance covers going to him. He's worth it!!

Dr. Treu is one of the best eye doctors in the NE Georgia area. His staff is friendly and very helpful. I went in a week or so after my appointment and one of the staff members remembered my name after only one visit. My wife and I both ordered glasses and they came in quickly and they also came with a free Bluetooth speaker. We are both very satisfied with our glasses, and Dr. Treu was actually able to help my wife rid chronic headaches with a better prescription. I highly recommend Dr. Treu and Commerce Vision Group.
