The staff in this place is absolutley fantastic. I showed up an hour early and they got me in no problem. The tech, Sabrina was so lovely and knowledgeable. She made those prelimimary tests so easy and comfortable. Saw Dr. Prakash next and she was very attentive and thorough. Such a great doctor. Ms. Tracey helped me get my contacts and insurance all settled and she was absolutley soooo lovely. It felt like I was just chatting with an old friend, just the sweetest gal. She explained everything to me about the insurance and my contacts and perscription. Overall, Fantastic! Best place in town!

Great experience at the Douglasville store. Sabrina was great. All employees were super friendly. HOWEVER with the cost of vision supplies and exams, Corporate you should be ashamed of yourselves for cheap single ply toilet paper! Literally see thru and I didnt even need my fancy new glasses to see how cheap it is! Do better because corporate, you cost them a star!

I went back to America's best for an eye exam and glasses a couple of weeks ago, not having been for there many years. Dr. Bain was still there and did my eye exam. She is an an amazing eye doctor who really cares and takes the time to give a thorough eye exam with patience. I met Tracey who is absolutely amazing also! She helped me with selecting my glasses and lenses. She gave me excellent customer service and great conversation! I am so glad I went back. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Bain and Tracey. Thank you ladies for superior service!!

I've been going here for years & every year they get worse! They don't call to tell you when glasses are in, I have to call them. They over book and have you waiting an hour before the Doctor calls you. Then I scheduled an appointment for my son, just because they are closer. We were 14 minutes late and they said we had to reschedule because of a 10 minute grace period that I was never told about (most companies do 15). Then I say ok check for my glasses, from 3 weeks ago(never got a call they were ready). She found them, informed me they were ready but didn't pull them. So when I say down for fitting they other lady had to look again. I even asked her why didn't she pull them(because they should be working as a team), she said she's not trained for glasses. She said they were booked back to back but the place was empty. Enforcing something that's not on paperwork, email, reminders and not a soul told me about is unprofessional. Don't spend your money here.

I would like to personally thank ms.tracey at americas best eyeglasses. The way she made me and my dad feel so important. Making sure it what we wanted . Being 100% honest about the prices and anything that we could do to make sure it work in our budget. Ms. Tracey truly has a beautiful soul and despite how hard the job can be sometimes,she show nothing but pure perfection in every aspect a customer should be treated. I left there not only with my dad and i glasses but with so much respect and admiration for ms. Tracey. I truly hope america best eyeglasses reward ms.tracey for her great work! Tracey is the best!! Amazing doesn't even say how wonderful she is. The best experience I have had an eye Dr appointment. The customer she gave is absolutely 1000%. She truly cares for her patients and her coworker's. The minute I saw her with another patient I was hoping I would get her. How blessed I am to have met her today and how lucky all are to meet her. I will always wait and ask for Tracey. She deserves more than 5 stars. I enjoyed talking with her so much . She absolutely made my day.

Wonderful experience. I came in on a Saturday and saw the remote doctor. Super convenient and easy. Our techs were Sabrina and Mikayla. You could not ask to meet sweeter people. They were so kind and had such positive attitudes. They put my and my husband completely at ease and left us smiling. Tracy helped us pick out or frames and check out. When I tell you this lady is a gem, I mean it. We absolutely adored her. She gave great feedback when trying to find the right pairs for us both and was an absolute light. Great location, great service, even better staff. 10/10 all around

Tracey is amazing! I came in not knowing which kind of glasses to get (I'm very indecisive) but was able to choose a pair I love because of Tracey. She was very patient with me and explained everything so I left very informed. She made a very daunting process go so smoothly. 10/10 recommend.
