Staff was friendly, helpful, informative, professional. They explained what each test was for, they always seemed they took ownership of their areas. DR MILLER was the same taking time to explain and SHOW the images they had taken. He was friendly, but maintained and professional attitude. He listened attentively giving my wife and i plenty of time to asked questions explaining in common language his diagnosis, recommended treatments AND how my past actions contributed to this condition. I never felt rushed during the entire appointment.

Dr Miller and his entire staff, from front desk to nursing was awesome. I had a bit of an emergency and they got me right in and made me feel very at ease. Dr Miller took his time and explained to me everything and went over ask options. They never seemed rush and made me feel at ease. Thank you!

The service was phenomenal from the desk clerks to the other support staff along all the tests to the doctor (Dr. Leung). The exam was thorough and above expectations. The doctor explained all her findings. Wasn't expecting to be reclined for a small part of the exam, LOL, I was so tired from worrying and lack of sleep the night before i wanted to fall asleep, that's how comfortable I felt even with the extreme bright lights in my eyes I was ready to fall asleep. I have issues with my eyes, however, the staff here was so comforting I won't be worried next visit.

I was seen at my appointment time, which I must say, is unusual. I usually have to wait, sometimes 30 minutes, but they seem to be doing better with appointment times. My eyes were dilated, photos made and I saw Dr Sharma quickly. All the office staff and technicians are very pleasant and friendly, as is Dr Sharma. I would recommend this practice.
