If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a pair of glasses, and the handle started to wiggle. I went in today, to see if they could be tightened. I was told that a spring was loose and they couldn't fix them. I was told that they needed to check the warranty. She came back and said that I didn't have a warranty, because I didn't choose one. I was told that it came up when I swiped my card. I explained that I never saw anything about a warranty. I was then told that I could purchase another pair. Never in all my years of wearing glasses have I been told that I had to select the warranty option. I wouldn't recommend this vision center to my worst enemy. Scammers is what they are!

Says 12-8 on Sundays online. Drove 45 minutes to pick up my glasses and the inside sign says closed Sundays. Need to change the times if you actually want your customers to be satisfied. Dissapointed.

The level of service has gone down tremendously. It's very unorganized being that the Dr. Office is next to the optical part (where you actually get the glasses). My prescription was wrong repeatedly which meant back and forth visits unnecessarily. I will never go back there again. I'll stick with seeing an actual ophthalmologist. Sometime you get what you pay for.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at an eye appointment... the staff was extremely rude and the Dr did not care when we brought this to her attention... I would never go back here and I would strongly suggest no one else subject themselves or their children to it either!
