The staff is friendly, the optician who helped me was very nice, took the time to explain how the process worked, and the breakdown of costs so it was clear. She gave me options and recommendations based on my needs, and not once did I feel like she was trying to upsell me, she just wanted me to feel confident in what choices I had available. Very good experience, I will be back when next need eyeglasses.

When I walked into the establishment, I was on hold with the Camp Creek location for an hour and fifteen minutes. However, the vision works in the Abor Mall location took excellent care of me. I would definitely be switching my service to the Abor Mall location. The staff greeted me warmly and assisted me in finding someone who could help me. I'm so glad I went there.

This place had horrible service. They only have a 10 minute grace period. I drove 40 minutes for this appointment just to be told no they wouldn't see her . Mind you I was 4 minutes later then 10 minutes late . So I was 14 minutes late and they would not see my child . I told the woman how far we drove and we would have made the 10 minute grace period but we were walking across the mall they did not care . Very horrible don't recommend
