Georgia Retina - Gainesville

I had such a great experience at GA Retina for my referral appointment to have an ultrasound on my optic nerves. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, welcoming, and professional. Halie, Zaira, and Maddie were all so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. They explained what was happening, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable during what could have been a stressful appointment. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. I also had to bring my 6-year-old with me, and they truly went out of their way to be accommodating and understanding. As a parent, that meant so much. They were patient, kind, and made the whole situation feel manageable instead of overwhelming. Dr. Bottini was wonderful, thorough, patient, and reassuring. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how much time was taken to make sure I understood the next steps. Overall, the entire team made the experience smooth and positive. I would personally recommend GA Retina to anyone needing specialized eye care. It's such a relief to be in such good hands!

My visit was fairly quick and straightforward, I only hope my next visit doesn't involve dilation, it seems to make my dry eyes even drier for a couple of days. Dr Faux was very informative and she eased my concerns. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I do recommend this practice.

It's always a pleasant visit from the staff to the doctor I have been going to Dr Lee for about 4 years and he is a very good Dr. From the very first visit. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable about what he does and completely honest now if you expect a lot of talk and conversation? Won't find it with Dr Lee, well unless of course it's about percedures or medical info. Not a whole lot of small talk which is okay when I go see him which is every 8 weeks from the time I get there to the time I leave, all the staff are friendly and polite and wait time is very minimal even when they are busy! I don't enjoy my percedure but Dr. Lee is so very good at what he does and the staff there are an enjoyable group. Best regards, y'all's life long patient

The adherence to timeliness, professionalism, as well as attention to detail for each individual patient was epic! My diagnosis was not what I'd hoped, but I was told what my options were up front and straight forward for which I was very appreciative. The following day I had questions I'd not thought to ask, so I called. Later that afternoon I received answers from the doctor and was told if I should have more questions they'd be happy to answer them. I highly reccomended Georgia Retinal and look forward to continuing my journey with them working on my behalf!

I have macular degeneration and am trusting that I am receiving quality care from this practice. With one exception, Maddie, all others, including the doctor, leave me feeling as if they would be just as happy if I weren't a patient. No smiles, no polite pleasantries. Strictly business. A very cold, seemingly uncaring atmosphere. I am there six times a year. After being a patient for several years you would think they could at least be a little cordial. Like I said, I'm trusting the care is the best available.

I've been a patient at Georgia Retina for 6 years and I am very pleased. My first experience was an emergency and I could not have been happier with my treatment and outcome. They take wonderful care of my eyes and. Dr Lee is an excellent Dr and he's very kind. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Lee & Ga. Retina has basically saved my left eye and maintains my right eye. Place is always packed but you always feel cared for. Highly recommend this practice for eye care. Been a patient for 6 years now and if you need eye care you should be too.
