I had an excellent experience at this Pearle Vision location. Dr. Theresa Dang was thorough, patient, and genuinely caring during my eye exam--she took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Yolanda, the office manager, was just as wonderful. She handled my orders smoothly, answered all my questions, and made the entire process stress-free. You can really tell this team cares about their patients and takes pride in providing great service. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Dang, Yolanda, and this Pearle Vision location to friends and family. Top-notch care from start to finish.

Exceptional Care and Expertise - Best Eye Doctor Visit of My Life I cannot say enough good things about Pearl Vision on Dawsonville Hwy in Gainesville, GA, especially Dr. Dang and Yulanda. I've been wearing glasses since I was 5 years old and I'm now 49. After LASIK and PRK surgeries that unfortunately made my vision worse, I've struggled for years with frustration, progressive lenses, and never quite getting things right. Until this visit on 12/31/25, I had never experienced this level of care, precision, or expertise. Dr. Dang was outstanding, thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time, listened, and made absolutely sure the prescription was correct. For the first time in years, I felt confident that my vision issues were fully understood and properly addressed. And then there's Yulanda! There are truly no words. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and immediately earned my trust. Choosing glasses has always been my least favorite part of the process, but Yulanda completely changed that. She walked me through every step with ease, handled the entire selection process for me, and, most impressively, actually taught me about frame and lens measurements. No one has ever explained how glasses should truly fit my face or helped me understand what measurements matter. Ever. Because of Yulanda, I have never been more confident in my glasses selection. Every vision center should be modeled after this Pearl Vision location. Hands down, the best eye doctor visit of my life. Dr. Dang is amazing, and Yulanda is an absolute gem. Thank you both for setting a standard that every other practice should aspire to.

Horrible customer service, if i could give 0 stars i would. I really don't recommend coming here. I handed the lady my prescription and told her to have everything exactly how it was. I got told that i'd get a text once my glasses were done and i never received it. I checked today and my glasses were there, but to my surprise when put under light, there wasn't any transition into a darker lens. The slot that says "transitions" was clearly marked on my prescription. I was told that the transitions lens were optional, but the lady never asked me about it. Never coming back.

A great experience! Nice selection of frames at reasonable pricing - the staff very helpful. Loved the doc - he was funny and professional. The front desk person did not catch her name was helpful, informative, and juggled her many hats very well. Will certainly go back.

Helpful and seemed to care about my eye health. Glasses are pricey, if these hold up as good as my current ones ill be satisfied. I enjoyed working with all the staff.

I was able to get in and out the customer service was greatest they help me pick out my glasses that look great on me. My Dr. was very nice, friendly and knowledgeable and answer all my questions. Thanks
