Visionworks went above and beyond to take care of our eye needs. Their customer service is impeccable. Their doctor is professional and knowledgeable. We got in and out very quickly. 10 out of 10 service. They could teach a class on how custom service is to be implemented.

The ladies at the front desk did a phenomenal job at communicating to me what my insurance could do vs couldn't. There was almost no wait time, under 5 minutes. The Doctor was easy to work with, he had my eyes examined in an adequate amount of time. It was easy to select what frames I wanted, and the nice young lady helped me understand how much it would cost after insurance. Made picking out contacts and glasses extremely easy, and the price was better than anticipated.

This place is great! All the staff is very friendly and super helpful. I brought my husband here after he injured his eye. Dr. Park and the staff took amazing care of him from the first visit to all follow up visits to make sure he had the minimal damage to his eye. We aren't in network here but I will be making myself an eye exam here as well just because the staff is so great!

Visionworks made it possible for me to have an appointment at a time that fit my schedule and they took me right in, I was given personal care, quick assistance to fit my schedule. The associate had well knowledge of my insurance and what it covered to get me the most for my money, I came out of there with what I needed and felt I had personal care and consideration. I really liked the doctor I had, I left understanding everything she explained to me. Visionworks is a 5 star rating!

From the moment I entered the business I was greeted warmly. Once it was established I had an appt. I was granted permission to peruse the glasses at my leisure. I was then taken for the initial exam. I was seen by the doctor within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. The doctor was urbane, professional and engaging. He brooks no argument when it comes to eye care. He was unhurried, honest and relatable. All of my questions were answered and his personality shone through. He greeted me with a firm handshake and a genuine smile. He laid out all financial options and didn't push me in making s decision. The associate that handled the business side of things was the epitome of professionalism. We navigated the vision insurance portal together and he and I both were pleasantly surprised with the acceptance of insurance ; applied right then enabling me to get everything on my wish list and what I didn't know I needed. The process from start to finish was the highlight of my day and I'm not speaking hyperbole. Thank you, the entire staff I came in contact with. This experience is one for the customer care record books. Excellent bar none.

I visited this place to have my glasses repaired and the lenses switched out, and they turned out perfect! The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for all your eyewear requirements.

Bought glasses 4 months ago and fell off my head one time got a scratch paid 400 for the pair go back to get it repaired and gonna cost me 560 to repair one lense. The boy was rude would not give me a number for the manager. Said he was the only one there. Do not buy from this store. He said I didn't buy the insurance and that I was basically SOL! What a scam and I have insurance bought all the upgrades they offered was never offered a warranty! All the boy cared about was his girlfriend!!

They were on time, friendly, and the optometrist answered all of our questions throughly. They have a nice selection of frames with only a few weeks for prescription to get filled. Would recommend!
