I had a contact "emergency" and walked in 15 minutes before closing. Jennifer and another employee got right to work helping to get me a pair of contacts. I felt so bad getting there that close to closing but Jennifer was SO NICE and patient. She even took the time to price match and got me the lowest price for my contacts. I was so thankful for her help and kindness and we still walked out within 15 minutes!

Won't be back its was fine when getting eye exam. Got a text glasses was ready and come pick them up. The Hispanic lady was rude and said "You can't get your glasses until after 3pm". The customer service sucks. I don't want to drive from Martin to Gainesville and not get glasses.

I read they had a 5 rating and they deserve it! I spoke with 2 customer service reps on the phone and it was a pleasure to speak with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable people. Today when I went in for frames I had issues with my insurance company but my service rep was positive and upbeat as we got it taken care of. I would recommend stopping here FIRST.

This was the absolute best experience I've ever had when buying/trying out lenses for prescription glasses, that I've ever had. I visited the Vision and Glasses store inside of the Wal-Mart on Shallowford Road in Gainesville, GA. This experience was far better than any standalone doctors office I've been to. Ken was incredible. He was VERY knowledgeable about all products and had an answer for everything i asked about including my prescription, vision, contacts, insurance information, etc.
Ken was honest, genuine, and on top of all that had a GREAT attitude. He was patient in helping me understand all of different options and comparisons there were. He took his time, and was very thorough. Not once during my whole visit did i feel rushed.
I'll definately be going back to see him from now on for all my vision needs. He is a wonderful optometrist, it's very apparent he takes alot of pride in his work and that he loves his job. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!
