If you are looking for professional doctor; Mr Pitman MD is not the doctor looking for ... the place is clean and ready but the attitude is very poor.

Y The facility is impeccably clean and inviting, but unfortunately, the doctor's demeanor left much to be desired. While he may be competent in his practice, his attitude was severely disappointing. I wouldn't want anyone else to endure the frustration of wasting their time and money dealing with his demeanor.

I had an outstanding experience with Professional Eye Care and their entire team. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, and the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient.
Professional Eye Care team took the time to thoroughly explain each part of the eye exam, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me full confidence in the care I received.

My son's appointment was at 2:15 and it is 3:00 pm and he still has not been called back. He went to see if he could reschedule because he has to go to work tonight and needs to get rest. They told him it will cost $90 to cancel and reschedule. This place is inconsiderate of time and the business name is very unfitting. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and inconsiderate. If you schedule someone for 2:15, at least wave the cancellation fee since it's your fault they're still waiting 45 minutes later. The appointment was only for picking up trial lenses. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional, very inconsiderate, and very careless. I would never recommend.

For over 20 years I have received excellent care of my eyes. My past experience were with large brick and mortar companies who herd you through their facilities. Dr. Pittman shows concern about each and every patient that he sees. The family-like atmosphere gives you a warm feeling as soon as you walk through the front door. The staff always greet you with a smile offering you any assistance that you may need while you're there. I'm 72 years old and Dr. Pittman wished me "happy birthday" for my upcoming birthday in 2 weeks. I highly recommend Professional Eye Care if you care about your eyes.

Arrived before 3, appointment at 3, left at 330. Never saw the doctor. I just refused to wait now than 30 minutes.... plus I got the feeling this place is not black people friendly. I'm not going back there.
