The Eye Place

While this office isn't all fancy as far as decor goes, the staff is friendly, Dr. Holloway is excellent and their prices are affordable. We've switched our entire family to this practice. Love the hometown charm as well!

I've been going here for a few years now. I love Dr. Halloway. He is very gentile and kind. I have no problems getting seen . They deal with my insurance and explain all of the benefits . They have a large variety of frames and prices . Totally recommend !

Genuinely not sure what the bad reviews are about. I was in and out very quickly. Dr. Holloway was very kind and answered all my questions. The staff were lovely. I'll definitely be back for all my exams.

Went here for a standard eye exam and got a screwed up prescription that when re-examined at Vision Works in canton showed the prescription was off +.5 in my right eye and -.75 in my left eye. Will never go back to this eye doctor again.

Dr. Holloway and the staff were excellent. They worked me in for an earlier appointment for my convenience and were quick, courteous, and knowledgeable.

I scheduled an appt couple of months ago for today, 9-9-22 at 9am. They didn't have me on the calendar and only offered to fit me in where they could. I drove an hour one way to hear that. No apology from anyone. Is it possible you made a mistake and failed to add my appt to your calendar? They couldn't even acknowledge a possible error on their part. Was planning to continue and use them even though I had moved away from the area, but I'll find another eye doctor..., too bad and very sad Dr. Larry Davis is no longer with us, but he would've fixed the situation I'm sure. Also, receptionist never did tell if there was possibly an appt in your system for me that had been mistakenly captured on another date/time, and did I drive an hour for an appt I didn't schedule, think about it, that confirms all I need know. Absolutely poor customer service.
