I get my glasses here each year along with my yearly eye exam. The staff and doctors are always pleasant as well as thorough with eye testing and eye exams. They carry my favorite frames and the turn around for receiving my new glasses is around 2 weeks. My doctor keeps amazing records from year to year as my eyes have changed and I appreciate the time he takes making sure I know what is going on with my vision.

The drs and some staff here a great don't get me wrong. The receptionists though dont know what they are doing. I was told they would call when the prescription got in but I had to call and wait to be told they were there. Then when I went up there after already paying for the glasses and visit I was hit with more money that I had to pay because no one else could tell me I had a copay besides one lady. They need to get it together. They are losing business.

The receptionists are very kind and helpful. However, both times I've gone I've experienced the same issues. I've had to wait a minimum of 30 min.s in the lobby despite being on time for my appointment. I've seen two different Optometrists here and both times they tried to change my contact prescription "better" than it was ,despite me telling them that I liked my prescription and also not being able to see out of the contacts they gave me. They also never gave me my prescription the day I went and both times I ended up having to call and request it and then drive back into town to pick it up. I really wanted to like it here, the staff is very friendly and the location is convenient. However, after a second year of inconvenience and frustration I will be looking for somewhere else. I do not recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. I checked with multiple doctors in the area but none were available to schedule my appointment for at least a month. America Eyecare were able to schedule my exam for the upcoming week. During my appointment I experienced minimal wait time , amazing staff, and an extremely clean and sanitized environment. They are simply the best.

So I've been waiting a year to see if they would be getting a new provider that is available normal working hours. Either the business has dropped off or that's going to be one hella wait time. I've been going there for 30+ years.

I ordered glasses from the optical shop there. I specifically has for the lenses that change in sunlight. After a few months, I've noticed that my lenses aren't changing in direct sunlight. My wife checked on the receipt to see if they placed the order for photo gray lenses. They did not order them. I know I requested the photo gray lenses, but evidently they weren't requested on the order. My wife asked about it and was told that tech that was working there didn't do a lot of things he was suppose to. She informed me that the lady that normally works there offered a discount. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake. I will never do business with them again.

We love Dr. Brandi Lee!! I have 3 children who adore her. She is very thorough, and cares that you understand what you have going on. We are homeschoolers - and Ms. Brandi gave me and my children a great lesson on the eye during our appointments. You can just tell that she cares very much about her patients. We are grateful that we found a wonderful Dr. for our eye care :) Thank you American Eyecare Center :)

I would give 10000000 stars if I could. Dr. Thomas goes above and beyond. I had an appointment with 4 kids, he took his time with each of them and explained everything perfectly! The staff in the office were all amazing as well! I promise you wont regret going and seeing Dr. Thomas!
