I was more than impressed with this office. The staff was inviting and professional. What began as browsing quickly became shopping. They have a wonderful selection of frames. Though they are out of network for my insurance, the price was better than what I've paid with insurance at other places. Sharon was great! Extremely knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. They accept Medicaid but make you pay out of pocket because they force you to get polycarbonate lenses that are not covered by Medicaid. And they don't let you decline that. That shouldn't be allowed. Nor forced on you
