When they first opened the reviews weren't bad. However, I wish I had read the reviews prior to my visit today. That's my mistake. 1. They didn't inform me that it was a televisit until I arrived and I was told to sign a consent form for a "remote" visit. 2. There was only one person in office seeing patients so you can imagine how long that took. There was one person doing pretests for all patients.. and she was slow. 5. The young lady who conducted the pretest had no bedside manner and didn't do a good job explaining what she was doing before she did it. 6. Everyone in the waiting room can hear each exam because the televisit is so loud, so you can forget any sort of privacy you might expect. On the bright side, they do price match, so if you find contact lenses somewhere else cheaper and provide a screenshot, they will price match it. I scheduled a visit here because it was the most affordable option but clearly you get what you pay for. I won't be back. The automated response from the "owners" provides an email address that I've already emailed. Hopefully I hear back from them soon. This location needs a serious overhaul, a manager, a customer service rep, something.

WORST experience ever. I took my daughter in for an exam. Was in there for 4 hours!!! When i scheduled the appointment i let them know what insurance she had, they stated they accepted it and would verify prior to her visit. When my daughter was picking her glasses the guy just kept saying it was too big but wouldnt help us pick the best ones. I kept asking what was the size what i needed to be looking at for the best fit, NO HELP!! Then after we picked one and wanted to check out they pull the "we dont accept your insurance." I could of saved my kids 4 hours of having to sit there if they would of stated that at check in. Then to top if off it was a televisit. No one ever mentioned that to me. Will NEVER return. If you can find somewhere else to go i recommend you do that instead!

I had a good experience, I walked in and went right to doing my exam , ms Rhonda was good & took her time , the virtual was very new to me , but it was pretty cool and interesting the doctor controlled the machine while virtual & was professional and understandable. I picked out my glasses and left . No wait time for nothing !

The WORKERS that are GETTING PAID: 1) slow and had no sense of urgency and it took us almost 3 hours for 2 eye exams? 2) I will accept i made a mistake with the appt. Booking but the ladies up at the desk had attitude and lacked hospitality when we had to change the names of the appt. 3) they would not explain to us what they were doing where we would go and were very qquestionable when discussing prices. Would not explain how much each lense cost AND they were asking me what I had already told the doctor. Overall terrible place.

Very spacious showroom, newer frames, and this location is VIRTUAL on some days. They partner with anywhere from 20- 32 Optometrists who can remotely login , control the machine and do your vision exam remotely. Its revolutionary and state of the art and cool also. Nikki did our pretests ,thank you and Ms. Rhonda helped us during the Virtual exam and also when we came to pick up our glasses. She was very knowledgeable and patient.

So there is an older lady there with poor customer service, she does not know what she is doing and has an attitude with customers for no reason. I simply called to see if my glasses had insurance, and all i hear from her is sighs and sounds of frustration, she does not need to be there as That Place is now called Americas Worst based on my experience. I've been to other locations where customer service was great and outstanding. All i need to know is, are my glasses covered? I am not calling back to talk to anyone in this building.

We had an appointment and waited about 3 hours before we "saw" the doctor. We wouldn't left but felt hopeful we would be next since we had already done the preliminary vision tests. When we were finally called in for the doctor it was only a FaceTime. The doctor had a dog barking in the room with him and was obviously distracted looking away from the camera more than half the time. Then he never even asked us to read any of the letters. It was a huge waste of time. I don't think it was a problem with the location. It's a problem with Americas Best as a whole. Never going back.

One of the women working there with some blonde wig is bloody rude. Asked a question to one of the associates who then asked her the same question while she was sitting across from me and she was so snappy. The associate had to go talk to someone else because black lady with the blonde frizzy wig/hair was so preoccupied on the computer. I wanted to give this place a try because it's on the way home. I now know to go to the one in Smyrna because they're more professional. Never coming here again. And the only good apology is her getting some training and not doing the same to someone else...
