Okay, so, admittedly the wait time was a little much, (It was busy) I had a 3:30 appointment and wasnt seen until like 4:15ish.... HOWEVER! When it was my turn, the customer service, kindness of staff, and overall experience was exactly what you want to have. I unfortunately forgot the name of the Woman that helped me, but wow, best experience ever.

The staff was friendly enough, although I wasn't expecting the eye exam to be done by a doctor via video conference. I had an appointment, yet my entire experience took 2 1/4 hours. I waited a very long time to select glasses and for the associate to key in whatever was needed to apply my benefits and give me my final price. Seems like a company as big as Pearl Vision should have a streamlined process to move people in and out of the office in a timely manner without sacrificing customer care and service.

Would not recommend this place at all. Wrong prescription while I practically paid for a useless pair of glasses that I can't see in unless you like your vision extra blurry. The solution provided by Pearle Vision for the problem is to pay more money for a new prescription and fingers crossed it's the right one next time. Absolutely not!

Every one there from the receptionist to office staff and management was absolutely helpful letting me know my limits to my insurance to accommodating mailing my husband's glasses to him as he is out of state at work.
