This was my first time with Dr Pau. I was initially with Dr. Fabrizio. Dr Pau seemed to be in a rush and I felt like my concerns weren't important. I like the fact I did not have to be in the clinic for 2-3 hours like in the past. My visit was very quick but his bedside manners were completely not what I expected after waiting months to see him. I hope my next visit is much more pleasant.

Meh. No real results in years seeing the doc. Wait to long to get called on appointment times. Tired of waiting almost an hour almost every time I come in. Why bother being on time? Wasn't happy we got my eye pressure down last visit and then doc drops ball on my medication this last period and the pressure returned again. Thought we got something finally working with results. I am leaving doctor for another closer to Gainesville. The offices are in great local, building and are clean. I just find to much of an overall investment to stay with this doctor any longer.

I wasn't happy with the time the Dr spent with me - especially since it was my first time with this provider. I've gone to this practice since Dr William Hagler started it & have always been pleased with the numerous doctors I've seen over the years. However, not this time. All staff & techs were wonderful as usual. However, I will be seeking another glaucoma specialist.
