They work with both EyeMed and VSP. However, they were bought by Essilor and everything has gotten a whole bunch worse since then. There has been an increase in job errors that have to be remade. Jobs with prism are the bane of their existence and there seems to be a 50/50 chance it will need to be redone after it taking about 2 weeks initially. Pray you never have to call them because, you will spend a minimum of 5 minutes per job waiting for the person to enter your job into their system. I miss the good ole' days before they were owned by the Evil Empire. They tend to be quick and accurate with their normal jobs. That is as long as you don't intend to drop ship a lot of frames directly from manufacturers because those frames will promptly get lost.

Absolutely horrible! My eye doctor exam was 12/28/20 at which time I ordered and paid for my glasses. It's 1/21/21 NO GLASSES! They have been telling my eye care provider that the glasses are on the manager's desk for over a week with no explanation as to why. I called the lab myself to speak with manager and of course they will not even speak to me stating their policy is to only speak to my eye care provider. My previous glasses with progressive, anti glare and transitions always were back in week at the most. These only have tint anti glare and prescription! WTH! If I could have posted with no star I would have!!!!

They got a one for answering the phone. Not impressed
